And another summer sake.
The Collage is made from Yamadanishiki and Yume-no-Ko.
The taste is sweet and tasty, while expressing the refreshing summer sake.
The summer sake is not only to be drunk quickly, so I appreciate this kind of sake.
★★★★
I used to rate it 2 * in the past, but now I drink it and it's delicious!
Sweet and sour.
Sweetness doooooo! Sourness afterwards soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo! Sourness afterwards!
Raku no Banquet Kanda Sohonten
Sweet at first!
The alcohol taste is strong.
It is refreshing!
I think it depends on the person whether it is easy to drink or not.
As it gets lukewarm, the alcohol taste might be a little milder...
Balanced type of sweet and sour.
It's once fire-aged, but it has a nice freshness. There is a slight bitterness in the aftertaste that bothers me. Maybe the temperature dropped too low at the end of the mash. I think it is good because it has a sweetness that is typical of Aizan.
Purchased at Hasegawa Sake Shop (Tokyo Skytree Town Solamachi Store). The first taste is a spread of rice sweetness, and the aftertaste is bitter like fermented fruit, but it pulls away quickly.
Drinking famous sake! Sharaku from Fukushima
I drank Junmai at the end of the year and it was 🍈 sweet sweet delicious, but what about Jungin?
Full-bodied with a smooth taste! Transparent!
Slowly sweet! But it doesn't drag on and is cut off by the umami bitter acidity! It's like a dessert!
I like it because it has more acidity than Junmai! When I want to drink something sweet. I would like to drink other Sharaku actively!
I also like the texture of the label!
