Personally, I like Junmai Ginjo more than Junmai Daiginjo because I feel that Junmai Ginjo has more character.

The sake has a refreshing summery quality with just the right amount of acidity, and it's great chilled ✨.
It's great chilled, but as it gets closer to room temperature, it becomes milder on the palate and has a more rounded flavor that I can't get enough of!
The Junmai sake is my favorite Sharaku, but I also like the other Sharaku's because they are also very high quality 🍶-.
Sake level is about 1 to 2 in my experience.
Aroma of pear, gentle sweetness, no alcohol feeling, easy to drink. Sake for the first time in a long time, too good. 😭
