I wanted to drink something spectacular.
All I had in the fridge was a lot of cottage cheese.
By the way, I don't know if this is a regular lineup or a limited edition.
Expecting the usual Sharaku, I took a bite.
Whoa! Modest to disappoint!
→ What did you expect?
But this is about as good as it gets!
It's not too sweet, it's crisp, and a strong bitterness chases you from the first sip!
Isn't it great?
By the way, buy another one for the glamorous ones.
If you have any recommendations, please let me know: 🙏🏻
→I'll try to get the ones that are normally available in Sapporo.
Third one in Kagoshima
A little expensive, but we bought it because we wanted something we couldn't buy in Kitakyushu.
As I thought, it is fire-roasted, so it doesn't taste fresh.
It's good, but I prefer it fresh.
There was a raccoon dog in town😅
Good evening, chikumo!
It's also nice to drink sake in Kagoshima 😊.
Is this a raccoon dog in Kagoshima city 😳There is a big and majestic raccoon dog walking around 🤣.
Good evening, chikumo.
Haha😆, there's a raccoon dog here.
What an interesting sight!
I went to Kagoshima at the end of last year too~ I want to go back!
Collage
The wine is a limited edition of Suzuden in Yotsuya, Tokyo.
The first aroma is soft and fresh sweet aroma.
It has a refreshing acidity and light sweetness in the mouth.
It has a slight astringent taste and finishes quickly.
It's the first time I've ever had such a refreshing Collage 🤔.
I don't drink so much Kuraku.
It was delicious 🍶✨️
2025.121st.
The first one is the "Kakura", which is the most popular brand in the world!
The first thing that you need to do is to make sure that you have the right ingredients.
The first thing that I wanted to do was to make a new one. It is not sweet, but rather it has a wild taste and a strong taste that is typical of Yumachi.
The taste is very elegant and elegant.
I'm not sure if it's a good idea or not, but it's a good idea.
I'm not sure if it's a good idea to buy a new one.

After opening the bottle, it has a light and gorgeous aroma.
It's a very elegant aroma.
In the mouth, it has a rich and heavy texture with a honey-like taste.
When airing, it has a lychee-like aroma and a red grape-like sweetness that fills the mouth and nose 🤩 It also tastes like white peaches.
It finishes with a little bit of spiciness and richness in the aftertaste.
I think this sake is better to drink at temperatures a little closer to room temperature to enjoy the delicious sweetness and aroma 😘.
It's not a bad thing to feel a little bit of alcohol, but I thought this is a great taste for a junmai sake 🥰.
It's always delicious 😘.
It's so good 😘
It's been a month since I injured my left knee ligament.
It hasn't healed💦I was told it would heal in about 3 weeks, but it still hurts 🤕 with twisting motions.
I do a combination of walking/jogging and stretching...
It's stressful, but I'm going to watch my son's ⚽️ more than usual ⚽️
Hello, kozo🐦🐦.
It's a good sake series ❣️ I'd like to drink slowly in the fall 😌.
Slow healing makes me anxious 😰I hope your son's ⚽️ is a good help for stress relief😊.
Pon.
Good evening!
I'm looking forward to opening another bottle of it 🥰 I'm trying to watch my son's soccer game with a more tolerant eye because it stresses me out too much 🤣.
Good evening from the Okini-Kura here 💁.
Collage Junmai Ginjo Sake Mirai
I was able to buy a bottle of this season's Sake Future from O'Sherlock and I'm looking forward to opening it 😊.
The aroma is fresh grapes and bananas 🍇. The taste also has a juicy sweet fruitiness on the attack, followed by a stretchy acidity, and then a dry sharpness on the last part that makes the back of your throat tingle, and this ∞ loop is so delicious that it is addictive 😋😋😋😋😋.
The price is higher than before, but it's much easier to find than rare sake, the taste always exceeds expectations, and the price makes it a superb brand that never fails to deliver 😊.

The two Omachi varieties have a light, elegant balance of sweetness, flavor and acidity that makes them both beautiful as Collage and Omachi sake.
The Bizen has a fuller sweetness and umami that is typical of Omachi, while the Akaban is more modern and beautiful with a stronger acidic aftertaste.
Both are excellent!
4.25
Bizen has a check-in from last season, so I omitted it.
