brightly delicious
Slight aroma, cool attack. The taste is bright and delicious. It is easy to drink and has a light, full flavor.
Accompanied by hamo tempura and Hiramasa sashimi. Gulp it down!
Miyazumi Meizou's Collage Junmai Ginjo Natsugin Usu Nigori (light nigori).
Yamadanishiki is used for the koji rice, and Yumenokou for the premium rice. After bottling, it is immediately treated with fire and stored at low temperature. This is a limited edition product for early summer that retains a fresh texture and a strong flavor.
It is a gem that boasts outstanding flavor. The taste is very fresh and full of flavor.
The aroma is reminiscent of melon and pear, with an elegant sweetness and a fresh atmosphere.
The taste is rich and fruity, with a hint of sweetness and a hint of pear. The mellow sweetness is the main flavor, and the lovely sourness reminiscent of cherries pleasantly tightens up the taste. A beautiful gem with a soft and enveloping flavor that gives the impression of sophistication.

I was attracted to the blue label 🩵.
When poured into a glass, it has a white hazy liquid color, typical of nigori sake. The aroma of citrus fruits, like fresh grapefruit, is faintly present. The fresh and lush aroma makes you smile.
In the mouth, the mellow nigori-like mouthfeel is complemented by the refreshing acidity characteristic of comets, which tightens the overall impression. Although it is rich, it is not heavy, but rather smooth. The mouthfeel is thick, but the aftertaste is refreshing.
It is a bottle that embodies one of the ideals of nigori nama-zake: dark yet refreshing.
Even those who do not like nigori should give it a try; it has a refined balance.
It's been a long time since I've seen Sharaku 😁.
Let's start with the standing aroma. The aroma is lychee-like. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the tropical nuance. The sourness and bitterness gradually spread and are accented by a refreshing aftertaste. Sharaku never fails to deliver. ☺️
Serve with fried food. The juicy sweetness and flavor of this sake increases and the taste becomes mellow. It goes well with fried food too👍.

Collage Junmai Ginjo, once fired.
The elegant sweet aroma spreads softly. It is quiet on the palate, but after a pause, a core of fresh sweetness and rich acidity appear. Although the rice is 50% polished, there is enough umami to make it a solid sake.
The gloom of the end of a vacation fades away with the lingering aftertaste...nothing convenient, but a good time is had by all.
The first time in a long time, I've never had a good time with Collage.
It has a fruity acidity and a sharp aftertaste.
I would like to get it again if there is a chance.
