My husband bought this Sharaku in Kobe. I love the clean, refreshing taste! I feel like it has jumped to No. 1 on my list of favorites! I drank it with sashimi and it increased my happiness level.

Today we opened a bottle of Collage 😀.
The aroma is mild and fresh Muscat 🍇, soft on the palate 😚 and after a few sips, the taste is smooth and smooth 😋, full flavor and a long finish 👍🌟It was a delicious Collage after all 🥳.
Maetin will be on a business trip to Yamanashi from next week until the end of the year😇I would like to learn about the sake of Yamanashi Prefecture😇.
The fourth one is Ozara which I had at Hoto Chiyoda near Kofu station when I went for a meeting last week 😘The first Hoto was delicious 😋❣️
Good evening, Maecin-san!
So you are in Yamanashi this time! I'm looking forward to your review since I haven't landed there yet and I haven't had much of it 😆.
Good morning, Maechen 😃!
I just finished Shinshu and now you're going to Yamanashi 😳That's tough 😅I don't think there's much sake in Yamanashi 😅Please enjoy various foods and drinks to relieve your work fatigue 👋.
Hi Maechen 😃
I don't see many Yamanashi sake 😅I'd like to try many kinds! I imagine "houtou" is stewed with vegetables such as pumpkin, but there is a dipping noodle style ‼️
Good evening, Mr. Manachie 🌃😀.
I've been hiding out in Ishikawa for a month, but here comes my Yamanashi business trip😇The only sake I know of in Yamanashi is Shichiken, so I'm going undercover in Kofu 🫡.
Pon, good evening 🌃😀😀
It's my first time in Yamanashi Prefecture😊I have almost zero information about Yamanashi Prefecture in my 0️⃣🤣I would like to plan my use of it😊.
Good evening, Jay & Nobby 🌃😀
I will be working in Yamanashi Prefecture throughout the year 😁I would like to go there to recharge my energy with sake 🍶 and specialties to heal my body exhausted from work 🥳.
Good evening, Mr. King of Noodles and Sake 🌃😀.
I went to have Houtou nabe🍲 for lunch, but it took 40 minutes to be served, so I got this specialty Tsukemen style Ozara 😋Next time, Houtou nabe🍲 and Yamanashi sake🍶🥳.
I had Sharaku, which is often served cold at sushi restaurants, heated. Sake that needs to be kept cold is heated up (sensation).
It's a beautiful, refreshing sake when served cold, but when warmed, it overflows with richness and umami, so much so that it makes your mouth water.
It is best warmed up with simmered dishes.
It is a very popular wine.
It is made from 100% Yoshikawa Yamadanishiki, 50% polished rice.
There was almost no gas, but when you put it in your mouth, it has a fruity flavor. It has a fruity flavor, a gentle sweetness, and a gorgeous aftertaste. Very tasty.
It has been a long time since I have had Sharaku. The moderate sweetness is irresistible.
Polishing ratio 60%, alcohol content 16%.
