The first aroma is sweet with a hint of acidity.
When you take a sip, it has a juicy sweet flavor with refreshing acidity.
It is fire-aged, but it is quite fresh and has a good balance of sweetness and acidity.
I have a good impression of Iwate sake lately.
It was delicious 🍶✨.
