It says "blended" in both the rice and the milling ratio...
It has a strange sweetness and a slightly spicy aftertaste, maybe because it is a blend of different sake? Maybe a blend that is not a properly designed assemblage is of low quality!

It is called "Harmonious Dry" and is an easy-drinking sake with a good mouthfeel that doesn't make you think it's dry

It's dry but I'm sure it was delicious with umami on top 😋😋.
