Posting No. 391.
No sweetness. No acidity. It is a light sake. Umami is at the center of the flavor and lingers in the aftertaste.

GOTCHISO-SAMATSU
I just had Yaezakura the other day, so it was easy to compare: ☺️
It's a bit peculiar after all!
But I'm lucky🍀🍀 to be able to drink this rare limited edition sake.
Challenge ( -̀ -́ )୨⚑︎゛
Purchased at a roadside station on New Year's Day👛.
Sweetness from a peculiar feeling.
When combined with sashimi, the sweetness disappears🐟.
When combined with green shiso, the peculiarity disappears 🌱
I had it with gari (pickled ginger) 😋.
Watching Izakaya Shinkansen and 👀
It's going to be spring 🙂 🙂 🙂 I want to travel 🤔.
I want to travel 🤔
Good morning, Erin 😃.
It's been a while since I've posted, I hope you've been busy with work...
I have a little acquaintance with this sake brewery in Iwaizumi.
How nostalgic!
Nice to see you here 〰😆💕
You did a lot of challenges 😳 like the unfamiliar ones and the time lapse... You did a great job with the uploads💦Thanks for your hard work ❣️
Nice spring 🌸trip 🙂 I won't be able to make it this year so I'll enjoy watching Eririn's 😉.
Haruei chichi-san konbanhar (o´ omega`o)no~~~
I was hibernating😪😴💤.
Surprised to see that you know Chichi-san: ‼️
I'll upload the limited edition of Yaezakura in the review after this 😉.
Ponchan konbanhaa (o´o)no~~!
I tried my best with alcohol I've never had & PAY reduction lol.
I stocked up today too, so look forward to your review later 😉.
Morioka!
I couldn't see the cherry blossoms in Hirosaki, but I saw them here.
It is said to be a stored sake. It has a great flavor. It doesn't have a piquancy at all, but I can't stop drinking it. It is a refreshing version of Akabu.
The soup-like dish served as a side dish is very tasty.
Good evening! (^o^)
The rush of the raging New Year's banquet since the beginning of January has come to an end (laughs).
It was quite difficult for me to keep in good physical condition because of the development as if I was going to release the depression that I could not do for 3 to 4 years due to Wuhan pneumonia.
(^_^;)
Well, rather than drinking something I didn't want to drink, I was allowed to do as I pleased, such as having it on hand, looking for interesting brands, and checking out new brands of Yaezakura for that matter (BAKU).
(Bakudan) I am trying various things, though I am still in a state of groping, because bringing sake to a large gathering is only possible in an environment that allows me to do so to some extent.
This is the "Ryusen Yaezakura Special Junmai Nakakumi Unfiltered Nama Sake" that I brought to the Shokokai.
This is the newest product of the toji who came from Mutsu Hachisen.
Since President Yaegashi Yoshikichiro was next to me (lol), we decided to drink the bottled one together.
Oh, it has a slight sourness.
It is sweet and tasty, but the acidity is so pronounced that you don't get tired of drinking it.
President Yoshiichiro also emphasized, "This sourness is important.
Everyone drinks it with pleasure.
Surprisingly, local people don't drink local sake, so I thought this kind of thing was important again (laughs).
It was delicious!

The aroma is full and elegant, the taste is mellow, and the aftertaste is gentle and sharp.
The taste of rice and the gentle and crisp aftertaste.
#Nihon-shu
produced by Fukuroiya, a company that has been a great help to us.
I was able to get a bottle of "KOKUMI ICHIDRIP AKIAGARI". (*▽▽*)
Only 120 bottles of "Gokumi Ichidrop", which was released as new sake last November, were fire-aged and stored in the cellar in Ryusendo until this September.
The temperature in Ryuusendo is kept at a constant 10 degrees Celsius throughout the year, so the sake can mature in a stable environment without direct sunlight, which can deteriorate sake.
The taste is also a sensation I have never encountered before. The alcohol content is a strong 17.8 degrees. It is mellow but has a sharpness. I felt it went well with cheese and meat dishes.
Next up was Ryusen Yaezakura Junmai Ginjo Aki-agari.
Comment from the brewer
-----
This year marks the ninth time the Ryusendo Cellar Project has been held.
The Junmai Ginjo-shu Autumn Agari was safely taken out of Ryuusendo on September 7, and after one summer, it has matured mellowly and has a clear, transparent taste.
To purchase, please visit our website (cash on delivery only) or contact your local sake store.

So, take a sip.
The finish is soft and sweet, typical of Iwate sake.
It is a brand of sake that has been slowly matured at a low natural temperature in the famous limestone caves of Iwaizumi Town called Ryusendo.
It was delicious! (^○^)

Good evening! (^^)/
It was another hot day today.
Iwate prefecture has a tornado warning and it looks like it could be bad in some places. (@_@)
Yesterday, I attended a celebration party.
I brought a bottle of Ryusen Yaezakura Junmai Daiginjo.
Actually, it was the first time for me to drink this brand, so I asked President Yaegashi Yoshikichiro to confirm the taste before serving it to everyone.
It is a light and delicious taste. It has a soft sweetness and umami flavor that spreads in the mouth and is especially good with sashimi and vinegared dishes.
Everyone was pleased with the sake, as it is a local sake that they don't often have a chance to drink.
So, an explanation for the fourth photo.
When I returned home and was about to take a bath, my wife was searching Netflix and suddenly started laughing.
I asked her, "What? She pointed at me and said, "This is stupid, but it makes me laugh.
Hell's Garden."
The story is about a conflict between factions of office workers at a company and a girl who gets caught up in it.
The office workers of the faction are dressed as "yankee" and they are in a battle with each other!
No, no, no, that's a wacky setup~ (laughs).
(Laughs) The company would have fired her in a single shot.
It's too silly a development, but you can't help but laugh until the end.
And the four guys on the left are already out. (^_^;)
