Good evening! 😀
We have completed two of the biggest AGMs of the month. 👍
There was a lot going on, but I'm glad it went well.
Well, after the board meeting before the AGM, I had some business in Morioka the next day, so I went to "Yakitori Tomifuku" for the first time in a while.
It was empty because of the early hour, but I dared to sit at the counter in the back.
I ordered a glass of Yuzushu with soda and a glass of Washinoo (Japanese sake) for my second glass.
What? I asked him, "Izumikin-san serves this kind of sake? I asked, and was told that it was a special sake only available at Sakamoto Sake Shop.
A search revealed that it was designed by Ayumi Yanagisawa, an artist from Iwate Prefecture.
It has a very Ghibli feel to it.
Take a sip.
Oh, it's refreshingly dry.
But the attack is soft.
The umami is gradually absorbed.
It goes well with yakitori sauce. It is a good match for yakitori sauce 😁.
But Izumikin Brewery loves collaborations!
I thought it would be nice if they appealed more, but I finished it in no time.
It was delicious! 🙋
