sakepowerThis sake was purchased at the brewery 🍶. I didn't know about Shimane sake, but it was of a high level: ‼️ According to people from Shimane, the origin of sake is Shimane 😄. I always thought it originated in Nara Prefecture because I've been to the sake shrine at Taijin Shrine 💦. I wonder which one it is ⁉️ Aside from that, this sake is very beautifully made: ‼️ The sake is quite soft ✨✨ The total balance is outstanding 😋. I would love to visit this brewery again 🍶.

コタローOn a previous trip to Izumo, Toyo no Aki was served as a free-flowing sake at the inn. I wanted to try a bottle of Tachiharu Asashibori, which was one of my entry points to Japanese sake, so I contacted a liquor store in Shimane to sell it to me by mail. Thank you very much. When I drank it, I found it to be rice, and fruity. The sakeiness is rather present compared to what I've had recently. But it is gentle and mild, a softly sweet rice that tends to be dry. It is raw but without much piquancy. There is no gap between the aroma and the taste. It may be a bad idea to warm it up, since it is a draft sake, but it tastes good even if it is heated. The fruity flavor is gone, and it's all about the rice. The sweetness is not emphasized, but in a good way. I have the impression that the sharpness improves. As the day goes by, it becomes mellower. The acidity is fruity, and after swallowing, the rice and sweetness come through.

puchiIt had been two years since I had had Toyo no Aki's Risshun Asa Shibori. It seems that in the past I was drinking it with the impression that it was slightly dry, but this year's was a gentle sweetness from a light mouthfeel 😌. Somehow it feels easier to drink than before♪ I have not had many of Toyo no Aki's sake because of the image of dryness, but maybe I should try some of their other sake. Freshly born, fresh sake 🍶 tastes great💕.

しんじょうUntil last year, this label was a wooden vat Shibori, but it's now a first Shibori (¡Ω). The flavor trend is in the same direction, but if I remember correctly, it feels a little cleaner. However, the dryness leads to a fresh acidity, then to a deep, rich aftertaste, and the timeline is more easily recognizable for each element. It is also good when heated. It is mellower than cold. Of course, the strength of cold sake is also attractive. I think it's best to drink something with a strong flavor. Mr. Ota is re-running Marugame. It is an udon shop from the opening! Well, the highway bus from Osaka to Kagawa also goes to Udon, and I think Kagawa Prefecture is very particular about Udon!
