soumacho
Souvenir from Kami's friend who was visiting Matsue. Souvenirs of local sake really make me happy๐Ÿ˜™. Alcohol content 15 degrees. Mild, grain-like aroma. It has a full-bodied, caramel-like sweetness with a moderate acidity, and finishes with a spiciness. Easy to drink with little bitterness or astringency. I drank it warm, but it would also be good hot ๐Ÿ˜Š. I paired it with stewed ramen noodles, but it didn't overpower the squid, pork, quail eggs, and other ingredients, making it an easy match for a mealtime drink.

Hello, soumacho ๐Ÿ˜ƒ. Really! Souvenirs of local sake ๐Ÿถ are a great way to meet people who don't usually buy sake ๐Ÿค—. Sometimes it's not always a hit ๐Ÿ˜… but that's also good ๐Ÿ˜ƒ.

Hi Jay & Nobby ๐Ÿ˜ƒ Thank you for the gift, it's a great way to meet new local sake ๐Ÿ˜„. Yesterday we had it in a nabe (hot pot) and it was great with this one as well๐Ÿ‘.
