It was purchased at a direct sales store during a round-the-lake tour of Lake Shinji.
I was able to buy a large waist bag so I could fit four bottles in it.
Well, it's okay,
The first thing you notice is the spiciness and a little bit of alcohol, but the aftertaste is delicious.
The lingering flavor is pleasantly long.
Speaking of Matsue, Lake Shinji, which is adjacent to Matsue, is famous for shijimi clams.
Shijimi clams were also on sale, but I couldn't buy them with my own,
When I returned to Hiroshima, I found shijimi clams from Lake Shinjiji at the supermarket,
I made a bowl of shijimi clam rice, just for fun.
I just ate it and enjoyed it,
Thanks for a great time.
No beer today.
Motorcycle and Lake Shinji,
We had San'in sake at a tavern in Yonago.
We started with Toyo no Aki🍶.
The sake is sweet at the beginning, mild and gentle. Easy to drink. 🙆♂️
I can trust a good junmai sake!
Freshly squeezed this morning in the autumn of abundance
At a small restaurant for the first time.
It was mild, dry, and strong sake.
The sunset was perfect!
Good evening, tsukihoshi.
Thank you for the best sunset photo ✨
I loved it very much and it caught my attention😊.
Sorry for responding to something that has nothing to do with alcohol 🙇♂️💦.
I drank it on a flight. It is a well-balanced Junmai Daiginjo with caramelized sweetness, umami, and acidity without being too sweet, which makes you want to drink more.
🍶
It has a mild aroma and a good balance of umami and sweetness 🍶.
Mild aroma, good balance of umami and sweetness 😊.
I would give it a 😋5/5 points 👛5/5 points 📝10/10 points

We went to 4 liquor stores to get a bottle because our mouth was looking for something a little more classical.
When I was looking at the products, I found a bottle of "Yama Sleep".
I immediately told the clerk that I liked it and asked if there was any similar sake, so I picked one up (I also bought a bottle of yokitogi with it, pretending to like it).
After tasting three sakes, I chose this one. He told me that sake made with Gohyakumangoku tends to have a clean and beautiful bitterness, and I smiled and said he must have liked this one.
I chilled it at first. I think the flavor and aroma opens up and becomes more appealing when the temperature range is raised a little. Also, it has the taste of young wood, which my taste buds didn't seem to notice when I drank it at the restaurant (why?). It tastes more like a walk in the mountains than in the forest.
It's more appealing when it's heated up! I took it a little at a time as I raised the temperature, but it was suddenly delicious when it was heated up! The sweetness and umami that rush through the alcoholic aroma. It tastes like a pencil! A bottle that has a strong umami and flavor that is as good as the sauce. This is delicious!
There is a mountain in Izumo called Mt. Kannabiyama where a god hides and hides.
It is refreshing and easy to drink.
This sake has a fruity aroma.
It was my first time to drink sake from Shimane Prefecture, but it is delicious. ❗️
