2024 Kinoetsutatsu zodiac sign label
Purchased at Nishiyama Sake Brewery event
Crisp and dry with a firm throat.
But it has a clean taste and a sweet aroma of rice.
Sealed on the first day of the year 2024
Good sake 🍶.
Hyogo sake but rarely drink kotsuzumi😅
It seems to be a standard product of Kozutsumi.
The rice is Hyogo Kitanishiki and Gohyakumangoku.
It's light and slightly fruity?
Might not be my favorite 🤔.
I wonder if it's not a good match for me based on the reviews I've read about Kozutsumi I've had in the past...
I drank a bottle of KAGATOBI, which I didn't take a picture of because I drank it in the past, but I also drank a bottle of KAGATOBI cold junmai unfiltered raw 😋.
Kagatobi wasn't on the menu either 🙄.
For more information on Kagatobi, please see my previous reviews 😊.
New sake made with new R5 rice.
Fresh and clean taste of young melon and melon on the palate
Not too spicy
Easy to drink and delicious 😋😋😋.
Purchased at Nishiyama Sake Brewery's brewery event in November
100% Hyogo Kitanishiki
It is said to be slightly effervescent, but it is quite effervescent!
Refreshing sweetness, carbonation that pops in the mouth
Delicious 😋.
Purchased at Nishiyama Shuzo's brewery event

At a Japanese restaurant in the neighborhood.
They had a variety of sake including Shinmasa and Kuroryu, but I didn't hesitate because they had Kozutsumi... in a mini-bottle.
It has been a long time since I have tasted it, but I can drink it with peace of mind.
HYOGO SAKE EXPO 2023" ⑯
Nishiyama Sake Brewery "Kozutsumi"/Tamba City, Hyogo Prefecture
Kozutsumi" was named by the haiku poet Kyoshi Takahama.
Nishiyama Tomoun, the third generation brewery owner, is a disciple of Takahama Kyoshi's haiku.
The brewery uses mainly ultra-soft well water and sake rice from Hyogo Prefecture.
This is the first time I have had this sake.
Kozutsumi Junmai Daiginjo Nama Sake.
Fruity, rich and delicious. My favorite type.
Roujou Hana Ari Kurobotan (Black Peony)
Made with Tajima strong sake, it is quite sake-like and a bit spicy.
Forgot to take a picture💦.
Tamba Kozumi Bishirokoukou Sake
It's a bit spicy and tasty with a slightly peculiar acidity. I would have rated it higher if it had a bit of a quirkiness 🤣.
I would like to try more of this brewery as well.
Nishiyama Shuzo Brewery
Kozutsumi Hatsute Shibori Junmai Ginjyo Nama Nama Sake
This brewery is located in Ichijima-cho, Tamba, Hyogo Prefecture.
This is Kozutsumi's first sake of 2015.
Sake rice is Gohyakumangoku.
The taste is fresh and rough.
It's a raw sake, so it's a little high at 17 degrees,
Be careful how much you drink!
