Slightly amber in color. It has a melon-like scent in the mouth, a dryness with a Junmai-like aroma of sailcloth, and an easy-drinking and umami taste.
Junmai Daiginjo-shu Roujohaari Momohana
(rojo haana ari toka) ⭐️⭐️⭐️
100% Hyogo-Kitanishiki, Yeast: Ogawa No. 10
Polishing ratio 50%, ALC 15.5 degrees
Room temperature: The ginjo aroma is not very strong. It is perceived as mildly sweet, but it is a smooth, slightly dry sake 😄.
Cold sake: Not so much sweetness, but a little sourness and bitterness in a mellow and slightly dry sake 😃.
The image of Junmai Daiginjo-shu...subtle aroma, fruity taste was not so much felt. It may be a characteristic of the combination of sake rice and yeast 🧐.

It tastes rather bland. It's refreshing and delicious as a food sake. I think it could be a little more assertive, but it's an impressive sake that you can keep drinking as many glasses as you want. You can finish it in one gulp.
Standard sake at Costco.
Slightly effervescent, to be sure. I saw a comment that it tastes like white wine, so I bought it, but the acidity is more lactic acidic than lemony. I would like to drink it cooled down in hot summer.

The second brewery to visit in Tamba was Nishiyama Sake Brewery. We took home a small bottle of kotsuzumi and a sake bottle. I was attracted by the font. I am looking forward to having a glass of sake at night.
