When I first entered the world of sake, I used to drink Kozutsumi with this label.
For me, it is like the originator of nama-shu, and I miss it very much.
It is not extremely fresh, but it is a fruity, refreshing, light and delicious sake.
It is a sake you can drink with peace of mind. ‼️
At Nishiyama Sake Brewery, many people came in the morning. Risshun Unfiltered Nama Sake. It has the freshness of freshly squeezed sake and a sweet aroma like sake lees.

It seems to be a standard product of Kozutsumi.
The rice is Hyogo Kitanishiki and Gohyakumangoku.
It's light and slightly fruity?
Might not be my favorite 🤔.
I wonder if it's not a good match for me based on the reviews I've read about Kozutsumi I've had in the past...
I drank a bottle of KAGATOBI, which I didn't take a picture of because I drank it in the past, but I also drank a bottle of KAGATOBI cold junmai unfiltered raw 😋.
Kagatobi wasn't on the menu either 🙄.

At a Japanese restaurant in the neighborhood.
They had a variety of sake including Shinmasa and Kuroryu, but I didn't hesitate because they had Kozutsumi... in a mini-bottle.
It has been a long time since I have tasted it, but I can drink it with peace of mind.
