Kokoromi, a standing bar in front of Himeji Station with a considerable selection of sake from Hyogo Prefecture. Of course, bouken-san recommended the third drink! Morinori Junmai Ginjo Hanategami Rich and mellow, my kind of weirdo sake😍. Sweet, sweet and acidic 🤣 but soooo good 😋. This was my favorite 😁. Hyogo has a strong image of dry sake from Nada, but there are so many good sake! 3 cups of sake and a little sakatobori as a snack for only 1000 yen 😳! I recommend this restaurant! However, you order on the touch panel, but there are so many kinds of sake that you get lost 🤣.

Leaving the Tatsuriki Shop Kokoromi, a standing bar in front of Himeji Station that offers a considerable selection of sake from Hyogo Prefecture. I went there as soon as I could. Mr. Bouken recommended us to try some of their sake 😁. First, Rairakuto Junmai Daiginjo Unfiltered Nama Sake! It has a sense of effervescence. Nice acidity and sweetness 🥰. Sengoku? Sentori? It seems to be close to 🤔. They had quite a few kinds of Rairaku alone, I'd like to try another one 😁.

Amber color. Mature aroma reminiscent of dried shiitake mushrooms and kelp tsukudani. The aroma is strong. It has a mild and mellow taste. The long finish has a strong astringent taste and a rich umami flavor that lingers on for a long time, as if it were made by adding kombu soup stock and candy made by simmering mochi rice. Mature sake.
