It has a unique taste when served cold. It has a little less character than the others we drank this time.
Warmed sake is easier to drink as it has less of a unique character.

Rice polishing: 65
Alcohol: 17%.
The top aroma is moderately refreshing and citrusy.
The bubbles are strong and the taste is fruity, citrusy with a slightly bitter aftertaste, grapefruit-like... mmmm, yummy 😋.
And yet, at 17 degrees alcohol, it is very drinkable!
Good for when you are tired and want a refreshing cocktail. ⤴️
