The moment you put it in your mouth, you will be hit with a unique but familiar aroma.
But I can't remember what kind of aroma it was. What was it?
It has a strong sense of unfiltered sake, but I can't really taste the raw flavor.
The acidity is not so great, and the umami is the key to the flavor.
The taste is not too flashy, and the astringency tightens it up at the end, making it a compact unfiltered sake in a good sense.
It seems to be easy to match with all kinds of obanzai.
I also got to taste samples of the just released Boshimaya 25th Anniversary blended sake 🙏.
It looks like a blend of White Koji Junmai Omachi, Junmai Ginjo Gohyakumangoku, and 5BY Junmai Daiginjo Yamadanishiki!
It had a complex taste with a lot of acidity, probably due to the inclusion of white malted rice sake, which is typical of blended sake!
Hmmm, I prefer the usual Boshimaya 😅.
I've never had a good experience with blended sake 🙄.
Hi aki 😃
When you have fish 🎣 on your table, you can't stop drinking 🍶 🤗Neighbor Gifu sake, but first time at Boshimaya! It's so relaxing to drink at your own home!
Boshimaya, which is not often encountered.
Nigori is even more rare and delightful.
I thought it would be dry and juicy, but it ended up being sharp with acidity. Dry. It was interesting because my mouth was a little busy.

Next up was another one I'd never had before, Boshimaya Usagi Shin (Tokoro) Nama-nazakeblack.
I was curious about this one too, but it was my first time!
This one is fresh💦.
Slightly cloudy
And it tastes more robust than the Tamakashiwa I just had!
And the alcohol is 17 degrees
Delicious 😋.
Can we go at this pace? I don't know 😆.
If I go too fast, will the store owner think I'm being too greedy? I need to save a little 🤣.
The weather is not stable and it is chilly today, but I would like to enjoy a glass of sake with a side dish of blooming jyukuri flowers. I'm going to drink an out-of-season hiyaoroshi that I put away in the back of my moving baggage, heated up.
I don't feel a sharp spiciness from the warmed sake, but I do feel a solid heaviness. It will go well with stewed dishes and other strong flavored snacks.
