The aroma is slightly fruity, but when you put it in your mouth, it has a refreshing flavor, acidity, sweetness, and gasiness that makes it easy to drink.
I bought this one at a liquor store in Las 1 without a second thought.
This is my first time drinking Boshimaya, but it's so good that I want to try others!

It's a very unique and addictive sake with a burst of acidity👍It's also delicious with a good umami!
I couldn't finish it, so I drank it a week after opening the bottle and found that it had added sweetness. It is easy to drink and tastes good too!
