Morioka, business trip. It was a group activity.
I couldn't go to the restaurant Eririn told me about, but I felt the high level of Iwate sake and Morioka's restaurants. It was an ordinary izakaya, but it was reasonably priced and delicious.
And the sake lineup.
First of all, here is Nanbu Bijin, safe and stable. The sake rice is Iwate's original Ginotome. The IWC Champion is also a good choice.

Here's the last of the Seijiro. A versatile sake that can be matched with anything without any habit 👍 Good balance. Good balance, a sense of security that goes well with anything. A little dry when paired with hoya (sea squirt). The Hoya vinegar has a strong pineapple flavor and no smell. My wife says it has a dokudami-like habit. Miso soup with natural wakame seaweed, delicious and filling 😅😅 with the Sujiko Gunkan

Not much, just something that doesn't come in stock and a weird label.
I bought it because I heard it was a food sake!
I've been interested in this type of sake lately.
This sake tastes great lukewarm. I couldn't tell what was good about this sake when it was cold, but when I warmed it up, it changed drastically!
I couldn't tell what I liked about this sake when it was cold, but when I warmed it up, the taste changed drastically!
The citrusy taste that lingers on the palate is "delicious" and my wife said it was delicious, too.
My wife also kept saying how delicious it was!
Not a mellow flavor, but a clean aroma.
I wanted a mellow taste of rice, so I was a little disappointed there... but it was a good sake for the coming season!
I was amazed at the mouthfeel, as if I was drinking melted snow water.
The slight concessionary aroma, which is clear afterward, is pleasant.
It is dangerously delicious.
Thank you very much for the wonderful sake.
Junmai Ginjo, once fired, bottle heated and rapidly cooled.
Koji rice: Ginotome, Kake rice: Miyamanishiki, etc.
The appearance is a clear pale crystal silver.
The aroma is slightly light, floral, and fruity.
It has an elegant aroma of white dumplings and koshinko (powdery rice flour) rather than rice.
The ginjo aroma is isoamyl acetate-based, with hints of banana, melon, and pineapple.
The flavor is rather strong and robust.
Elegant sweetness, round and smooth acidity, mild bitterness.
Mellow, slightly sticky balance, with a firm flavor in the mouth that shows careful construction.
The lingering finish is slightly long and sizzling.
This is certainly a beauty.
