This sake is part of the "Yuzo Special" series, designed by the brewer's second son, Yuzo Kuji, based on the concept of "dry sake that he himself would like to drink," and is an extra product created for casual enjoyment at home.

Vibes up, gal-pop.
We're going to blow the recession out of the water
Gal praying at a brewery in Iwate
If we all drink together, we'll feel like we're in a good mood
Our sake deepens our kizuna
When you're in a bad mood, gather at Shibuya
Our toast,
YUICHU, right?
YUICHU is a fusion of Nanbu Bijin's traditions with a gyaru mindset and the prayers of Shibuya's gyaru, aiming to be a sake (YUI) that brings people together (CHU) 😁.
The sake inside is "Nanbu Bijin Special Junmai" 🍶.
The appearance is gold with a slightly pale green tinge.
Mildly sweet, classic aroma with a hint of koji.
Gentle aroma of melon and banana isoamyl acetate with a hint of koji-like acidity.
Rice aroma like rice cake.
Slightly tart texture.
Moderate sweetness with a sense of rice, and rounded acidity that retains a koji-like character.
From the mid-palate, it finishes with a sense of complexity and bitterness.
Good sharpness, with a bitter aftertaste in moderation.
Classic 🍶😳, which is hard to imagine from the pop appearance.
Gal has a surprisingly good palate for authentic classic sake 🤔.
I can't wait to become an adult who can appreciate this kind of sake 😌.
I want young people to drink sake too ☺️
Good morning, Aladdin 🐥.
A song? I would like to hear it if it has a melody 😳.
It looks schwag and tropical 😆.
The miniatures are also brought together with the alcohol, that's what I'm talking about Aladdin 😊👍.
Hi Pon 😃
The poem at the beginning? The first part is a quote from YUICHU's special website 😄.
You can watch a movie of the gals dancing and learning about sake brewing with the brewery's president Kuji on the website 🕺😎.
The miniature in the background is simply the Expo specs 😁.
Iwate is associated with Nanbu Bijin, but this was my first Nanbu Bijin.
I drank Nanbu Bijin's Sake Mirai, which was extremely tasty.
I have not been drinking Nanbu Bijin for some reason, but it is delicious.
If you like Sake Mirai, you should drink it!
