I will drink Nanbu Bijin for the first time at home only 🍶.
The aroma is faintly reminiscent of honey and vanilla. It has a lingering aftertaste with a spiciness and umami that falls onto the tip of the tongue. It has a sweet and umami taste that is unique to sake future.
It is delicious with grilled chicken and eggplant with miso dengaku 😊.

This is my first time drinking Nanbu Bijin.
I tend to put off drinking sake that I have a chance to drink.
Unlike its image, it has a gentle fruity aroma and a delicious rice flavor.
I drank it all at once.
It is the kind of sake that makes you want to drink a four-pack slowly.
