The top aroma is of junmai with a hint of sourness. When you drink it, it is smooth on the tongue, sweet and spicy, and quickly sharp. The hint of fragrance is fruity. It is transparent and delicious. The aluminum can is still fresh. It is good both by itself and during a meal.
It went well with katsudon (pork cutlet served on top of a bowl of rice) and karaage (fried chicken).

Summer sake is often drunk like a juice, but this sake is so mild that it makes you want to drink it slowly. It's great to drink while lounging around during the Bon Festival or something 👍.
