Iwate is associated with Nanbu Bijin, but this was my first Nanbu Bijin.
I drank Nanbu Bijin's Sake Mirai, which was extremely tasty.
I have not been drinking Nanbu Bijin for some reason, but it is delicious.
If you like Sake Mirai, you should drink it!
On our way to Hokkaido for summer vacation, we stopped by Nanbu Bijin's sake brewery👍.
Of course we got the sake that you can only buy at the brewery ‼️😊
Of course, we have a fridge in the car✨
The much talked about "Sake Mirai" is delicious! It's my favorite sake rice because I feel like it has a subtle sweetness, bitterness, and umami depth while everything is well balanced ❤️
Above all, it is the best party while barbecuing in the northern land. ‼️
It's an extraordinary experience in the cool summer breeze.
Charged with happiness, let's work hard again‼️
Impression of the alcohol by itself is in charge of shinsaku3💕.
chika-san‼️ stayed in the car at Ohma port and took the Tsugaru Kaikyo ferry⛴️! Last year we stopped at Hachinohe Sake Brewery, so this year we went to Nanbu Bijin for the first time 😍Sake Mirai, they only sell it at the brewery👍It was delicious❤️
Overall 8 (out of 10)
I bought this sake 🍶 at Nanbu Bijin in Iwate prefecture where I stopped on my 🚗 way to Hokkaido.
I'll be back for more 😃❣️
Delicious ❣️😋
Compared to the Kamikawa Taisetsu sake we had earlier, it tastes a little bit more bland, but it has the same clear taste 😋.
p.s.
I came here with the senses and equipment of Saitama, where the temperature has been around 40℃ every day, but as expected at the foot of Daisetsuzan (Mt. Daisetsuzan) ⛰️
At 18:00, the temperature started to drop below 20 degrees Celsius!
It was a bit chilly in just a T-shirt 🥶.
I definitely did not need a fan!
We had it cooled down.
Pairing impressions are by Pekho 😅.
Here are my personal impressions😅

Good morning, chika 😃.
This time we didn't stop by the sake brewery in Aomori ~ 🙇♂️🍶💔.
Instead, we went to Suzuki Hairdressing for a handmade gundam cut 😅 (not a replacement for the sake brewery though 🍶).
I was surprised because it tasted very different and heavier than the first Nanbu Bijin I drank: ‼️
But it gradually lost some of its edge, and it's still delicious 😋.
I hope to see you again with a different Nanbu Bijin 😋.
I bought it because of the cute label. First, I drank it chilled. It has a gentle sourness, a hint of cucumber, and is overall well-balanced and easy to drink.
After that, when I heated it up, it mellows out and becomes even more gentle.

The Shin Nanbu Bijin series is an experimental series that redefines tradition.
It is fresh and dry with a slightly low alcohol design.
The aroma is mainly ethyl caproate, but it is refreshing without being too loud. The sweetness is restrained and the acidity is refreshing, making the wine fruity and clear in combination with the aroma.
It is a sake that I would like to drink again at a later date, as it is reaching its alcoholic singularity.
Repeat Score] 2.0
It is one of Nanbu Bijin's mainstay sake products and is as popular as special junmai sake.
It is characterized by a pleasant spreading ginjo aroma, and in the mouth, the gentle sweetness and delicate flavor of rice that is unique to sake are softly felt.
The aftertaste is crisp, and the overall taste is extremely elegant and beautiful.
This sake is a perfect match for delicate and refined Japanese cuisine.
As a food sake, it has an appealing balance of enhancing the flavors of the food while at the same time asserting its own individuality.
