Junmai of Suzukagawa. It is another brand of Shimizu Seizaburo Shoten, which produces "Saku". It is quite good. The taste is light and refreshing, like a Ramune. The sweetness spreads quickly in the mouth. It is not dry, but it is refreshing. The aroma is quite subdued. The overall lightness made me think it was low-alcohol. It has a calmness characteristic of hi-ire, but it also retains some freshness, making it just the right sake. It is a little like the Junjyo by Masamune Instrument. It is a sake that has no strange characteristics, and is likely to be popular with all people.

じゅんさん
Suzukagawa by Shimizu Seizaburo Shoten of Saku. It is a small bottle, so it ran out quickly, but it is a flavorful sake, fruity and sweet in a muscat-like manner, with a good amount of acidity and aroma that can be felt on the tongue. It did not go well with the carbonara with its strong cheese, but it was a delicious palate cleanser! Rice polishing ratio 60 Alcohol content 15

Sake party, the last one is for my friend who likes "Saku". It is another brand "Suzukagawa"! It tastes more robust and a little heavier than Saku. ⁉️ Even if your eyelids are getting heavy, it still has a strong flavor. It is not spicy, but sweet. So, I tasted it well. This bottle is also a souvenir of my wife's visit to Ise. It is a bottle of gratitude.

Good evening, Bunzu-san 😊. I like the expression "even when the eyelids are getting heavy, it still makes a statement"! I can feel the umami! I'd like to try this brand, as it's a different brand from the original 😆.

Thank you very much, Tsukitate-sama! I bought the main brand of "Saku" (up to about 2,000 yen). I asked him to buy one for me on my way to Ise. I asked him to buy it for me during my visit to Ise. ☺️

Different brands have completely different character of alcohol. (like Hana-yoso and Ai-no-Sato). It may be a challenge!

It has an elegant rice aroma and a deliciously rich flavor that goes well with Japanese food. A sake to be drunk little by little with care. It has become rounder and easier to drink after about 10 days from opening.

Today is Valentine's Day (๑>◡<๑) My wife gave me a sake cup 👍 The factory manager of the company gave me a bottle of Suzukagawa Jun Dai 😋. In the morning, the factory manager called me to see what was going on ❓ He told me that he didn't know what was good for me at all, so he went out of his way to call the sales clerk to help me choose. I'm honestly flattered, but I don't need to say "went out of my way" 😅💦. I felt like I was being condescending. Let's compare drinks with our new sake cups and Adelia: ❣️ Then open the bottle: ‼️ Rishake Sake Cup The wide mouthfeel means the aroma is weak💦The taste is different from Saku because it's made by the same brewery that makes Saku, but it's sweet and tasty, yet refreshing and easy to drink without bitterness👍 Adelia: The aroma is gorgeous, probably because it's close to the bud type, and the taste is similar but with some bitterness. ‼️ I prefer the Rizake Sake cup, but compared to the Saku, I think the Saku is better than the Rizake. To put it better, it's lighter. In the worst case, I think it's flimsy 🤔❓❓

Good evening, Pon😄. I really liked the sake cup gift 🤣👍 I was thinking of organizing a sake drinking competition of sake cups around the next time or so on the www.

Good evening, Masa! Sake cup gift✨ I envy you😊. I'm also happy to get them sometimes when people at work know I like sake 😆.

Good evening, kino.😄 The sake cup gift was really nice, but I'm thinking of getting a new dedicated shelf because the space is getting too cramped 😅It was nice to get sake from the company, but it's hard to say too many words 💦.

Hi Masa 😃 Is the factory manager a woman❓ Well, let's have her shut up 😁.

Good evening, takeshon😄. Maybe he's not a bad guy, but he has a lot of one-liners. www that's good ‼️ I'll tell him in return for White Day 🤣👍

Good evening, Mr. Manachie! I used to be a beer drinker, but I was surprised to see the sudden change to sake 😆 I get it from a few people every year👍.

Good evening, Masa-san! I think you are a very nice factory manager! I'm sure he's a very nice guy! And the BD sake cup! That's what I'm talking about! It looks like it can hold about 90ml, right? I'm tired of pouring many times if I don't have a vessel of this size. ☺️👍

Good evening, Masa-san😄 Suzukagawa, the sake I'm interested in, as I'm the self-proclaimed head of the sake department, but it seems the sake is still better than the sake 😅. Well, I was wondering if I should buy it, but I'll keep wondering for a while 🤣.
Japanese>English
Good evening, Mr. Sakeran😄. If it weren't for one unnecessary comment, I'd be honestly pleased. I'm sure it holds that much 😆👍I'm tired of pouring so many times💦It's great to have a sake cup that allows you to pour a lot at once and drink it gulping 🤣.
Japanese>English
Good evening, T.KISO 😄. Oh, I made a mistake💦Mr. Saku, good evening 💦Mr. Saku: ‼️ I think the Saku is better when I compare it with the Saku, but it's worth comparing it with the Saku on the web.

I received this as a souvenir. It is the first sake from Mie. It is a Junmai Daiginjo made entirely from Yamada-Nishiki, so it is very refreshing from the beginning to the end, and the flavor and sweetness of the rice spread out. Delicious!

===Sake for drinking at home No.378 (R4 No.95) Suzukagawa Junmai Hiyoroshi (Hiyoshi) This is another brand of sake from Shimizu Seizaburo Shoten, famous for its "Saku" brand. The label is fashionable, using a pattern of Isekatagami, a traditional industry of Suzuka 😊. The taste has the same freshness and clarity as Saku. It is very tasty with a mellow, mellow flavor that is typical of hiyaoroshi. Compared to the Saku hiyaoroshi, this one is a bit drier.

Today it is Suzukagawa. It is a local brand of sake by Saku. I got it during my trip to Ise-Shima. This time, I took the liberty of referring to Murasaki no Proud's trip to Mie Prefecture. I decided to try an aged Junmai sake, as I am in the ageing boom. The aroma is refreshing. The taste is indeed light like a saké, and the fresh aroma and mature aroma blend well with the sweet and savory taste of the rice in a well-balanced way. I am glad I chose Suzukagawa ^ ^. Starting with the solemn atmosphere of the Takihara Palace, the sunrise worship at the Uji Bridge of Ise Jingu Shrine, the spectacular view in the blast at the top of Mt. Asakuma, and finally the sunset over the Pacific Ocean, it was a heart-warming trip with the Suzuka River. Thank you Purple Pride for the information😊. I think the Suzuka River will be the last one before the end of the year. I wish you all a happy new year. I'm still drinking.

At home. Suzukagawa is delicious‼️. I️this sake is still somewhat "Saku", isn't it? It has a good aroma, a sweet and delicious taste in the mouth, and a bit bitter taste with a nice finish. The other day Saturday, I went to Mie prefecture in the afternoon. I️traveled to a power spot in Mie prefecture.... Twisted cedar tree....we went to the Takihara shrine which is becoming famous in the world. It is a very solemn and mysterious place. Only the cedar standing in the middle of the path is twisted for some reason. I don't know why, but I took a picture of it. I don't know, but I took a picture of it anyway.
