This was my first time drinking this sake and it was delicious✨.
It had a pleasant ginjo aroma, a refreshing sweetness like that of a pineapple, and a nice sharpness that made it easy to drink and drink too much sake alone. ❤️
I was looking at sake when I happened to be killing time at a nearby Ito Yokado and saw a sake that I had been curious about when I saw it before at Sake no Wa so I bought it and I liked it a lot 😊.

Hiyoroshi of 2022BY. It is another brand of Saku no Kura.
It was a year old, but when the bottle was opened, it made a squeaking sound.
The aroma is fruity and the fruit is unknown. White grape type?
It is a delicious sake with sweetness, umami, and moderate acidity.
It is sweet, but it is good with grilled meat with tare (sauce), soup with chin broth, and soft simmered octopus.
It was delicious with dinner.

I found it at a liquor store in Saitama and bought it!
They didn't have Saku, but they had Suzukagawa, which scared me!
I think it is fruity and rather refreshing.
It's similar to Saku, I guess.

I went on a 3-day/2-night drive🚗³₃ trip to enjoy the Disney Resort from last Friday to Sunday😊.
(Haruei Chichi invited me to have a drink in Akita on Friday night, but my Disney trip was scheduled 3 months in advance... Chichi, I'm sorry 🙇♂️)
So we drove a little over 7 hours one way to Chiba 🚗³₃.
Before checking in to the hotel in Maihama, I went to the local supermarket to get some food for the next morning...a bimbo's trip to save money🚗³₃.
I casually went to the sake corner (almost sick😅) and what a surprise ((((; ))))
There's the Suzuka river... ‼️
My partner asked me, "Can I buy it?" I asked my partner, "Can I buy one?
He readily agreed, saying, "I'll drink it, too.
From 5:00 p.m. on Friday, we rode all the rides in a very empty land. ❣️
(It was raining heavily from Fukushima to Chiba on that day ☔️☔️, but miraculously it hardly rained in Maihama 🤣)
I thought I couldn't ride Beauty and the Beast🥀, but I didn't expect a 30 minute wait ❣️ Let's ride this one too 🎵!

Sake from Shimizu Seizaburo Shoten, makers of "Saku". A gift from my husband. I was excited to open it.
The aroma is pineapple, and when you take a sip, it is sweet with a hint of sweetness, but it quickly becomes crisp and clean! It's amazing! This is a new type of sake for me! It's so delicious!
Personally, I think I like it better than Saku.
