At home. I know I'm a little late, but I'd like to wish everyone a happy new year. The first bottle I opened this year was Suzukagawa from the same brewery as Saku, which I got at the end of the year. The aroma, sweetness, acidity, and bitterness in the mouth are very similar. It wasn't as impressive as the Saku, but it was a delicious gem. At the end of the year, I mainly drank the same brands, but now that the year has started, I would like to try more and more new ones that I have never tasted before. This Suzukagawa is the first step, and I hope it will be a good start. I would like to continue my efforts to develop new sake.

I bought it at my usual Marunaka Ohashi Shoten. It's Respect-for-Senior-Citizens Day, so we started the party as if we had returned home in a hurry with presents made by our grandchildren! 720ml 📌1,870 Here's the rice! The aroma is fruity💕 The color is beautiful💕 The taste is sweet and refreshing It is very easy to drink 💕 Today's pairing is sushi, but it goes really well with sushi. We enjoyed it sparingly this time because we were playing with our grandchildren! I am so happy to see them grow up every time I see them 😊. The drinks are good and the party with grandchildren is the best 😊✌️ Thanks to my eldest son and his wife😊.

It smells sweet. The mouthfeel is very mild and quite sweet as the aroma suggests. It has a strong full-bodied flavor. It has a strong richness, so it is not overpowered by strong flavored snacks. Basically, I am a dry sake drinker, but fruity sake is also delicious in its own way. In short, I love everything.

Wow, a pure Daigin. I thought it didn't taste like Yamadanishiki, but it still has the sharpness of Yamadanishiki. It has a full-bodied spiciness, followed by sweetness, but the sweetness asserts itself after a while.
