At home. I know I'm a little late, but I'd like to wish everyone a happy new year. The first bottle I opened this year was Suzukagawa from the same brewery as Saku, which I got at the end of the year. The aroma, sweetness, acidity, and bitterness in the mouth are very similar. It wasn't as impressive as the Saku, but it was a delicious gem. At the end of the year, I mainly drank the same brands, but now that the year has started, I would like to try more and more new ones that I have never tasted before. This Suzukagawa is the first step, and I hope it will be a good start. I would like to continue my efforts to develop new sake.

I was going to buy Junmai from Suzukagawa, but they had a new sake, so I decided to buy this one 😊. Aroma with a beautiful atmosphere. It has a calm freshness and a firm sweetness. Saku's new sake is delicious, but Suzukagawa is also good 😋.

Aru-soke Ginjo class, which is not found in "Saku". Fruity flavor and a light mouthfeel. It goes in smoothly. It is not only light, but also has a well-defined taste. It is excellent as a food wine and goes well with everything. My partner, who loves "Saku", drank it at a high pace.

I was curious about Suzukagawa. When I drank it, I was impressed! It has a very fragrant banana-like aroma, and the aftertaste is really wonderful! It is a very clear sake with a refreshing taste! The packaging and label on the Isekatagami are stylish and cute, and it is a sake that attracts both the eye and the palate! I highly recommend it!

Suzukagawa Junmai Daiginjo SUZUKAGAWA JUNMAI DAIGINJO Junmai Daiginjo The taste is clear and gorgeous, with a mellow flavor. The full, deep flavor spreads smoothly on the palate, and the pleasant aroma escapes deep into the nose. It is a Junmai Daiginjo sake with an exquisite balance of crispness and clarity, and its transparency is graceful. Rice polishing ratio 50%. Alcohol content: 15%.

It seems to be limited to AEON in the Tokai area. It is sweet and tastes good with little miscellaneous taste. I opened it at the victory party for Grampus' victory in the Levain Cup, but it ran out quickly.
