At home. I know I'm a little late, but I'd like to wish everyone a happy new year. The first bottle I opened this year was Suzukagawa from the same brewery as Saku, which I got at the end of the year. The aroma, sweetness, acidity, and bitterness in the mouth are very similar. It wasn't as impressive as the Saku, but it was a delicious gem. At the end of the year, I mainly drank the same brands, but now that the year has started, I would like to try more and more new ones that I have never tasted before. This Suzukagawa is the first step, and I hope it will be a good start. I would like to continue my efforts to develop new sake.

Local brand of sake brewery famous for its sake Suzukagawa Ginjo Slightly sweet and refreshing aroma with a hint of pear. The sweetness is moderate and refreshing, including the aftertaste! Today, my wife and I decided to do a sake tasting with my brother-in-law and his wife. This time it was one of the breweries that got me into the sake swamp. Shimizu Seizaburo Shoten's Suzukagawa PREMIUM all Yamadanishiki. After all, I simply had to try sake from my favorite brewery, so I made my choice at my usual liquor store in the neighborhood of the next station. According to the manager, since Sakusama came out, Sakusama has been on the market too much and Suzukagawa is mainly sold locally, so it is rare to come across it. It is true that this is the first time I have had Suzukagawa as well. First of all, the aroma. The sweet aroma makes me excited 🎵. When you put it in your mouth, it has a soft sweetness and aroma ✨It's delicious✨. The mouthfeel is smooth and silky. In the second half, the bitterness spreads out and the balance is good. The sweetness and aroma is less than Sakusama, but it was a delicious sake that I could drink all the time 😊. Sake is really the best ✨ By the way, my wife also found it very easy to drink and tasty, but as she drank more, she felt the sake taste was stronger. We are considering a few more sakes (I just want to drink them), so I would like to continue tasting with my wife a little more.

Good evening, ma-ki-chan😄. I knew it! If it's sake brewed by the stable master brewer, Uchiyama Touji, you can't go wrong 🎶. I'm sure it's a premium sake brewed by Mr. Uchiyama, the brewer of the stable Sakusan brewery 🎶.

Hi, ma-ki-San! I had a bottle of "Suzukagawa" 😲 earlier this year myself, but at the time I didn't realize it was from the "Saku" brewery💦. It's nice to drink together with your brother-in-law when you both choose sake together 😁.
