At home. I know I'm a little late, but I'd like to wish everyone a happy new year. The first bottle I opened this year was Suzukagawa from the same brewery as Saku, which I got at the end of the year. The aroma, sweetness, acidity, and bitterness in the mouth are very similar. It wasn't as impressive as the Saku, but it was a delicious gem. At the end of the year, I mainly drank the same brands, but now that the year has started, I would like to try more and more new ones that I have never tasted before. This Suzukagawa is the first step, and I hope it will be a good start. I would like to continue my efforts to develop new sake.

I was going to buy Junmai from Suzukagawa, but they had a new sake, so I decided to buy this one 😊. Aroma with a beautiful atmosphere. It has a calm freshness and a firm sweetness. Saku's new sake is delicious, but Suzukagawa is also good 😋.

Aru-soke Ginjo class, which is not found in "Saku". Fruity flavor and a light mouthfeel. It goes in smoothly. It is not only light, but also has a well-defined taste. It is excellent as a food wine and goes well with everything. My partner, who loves "Saku", drank it at a high pace.

Wow, a pure Daigin. I thought it didn't taste like Yamadanishiki, but it still has the sharpness of Yamadanishiki. It has a full-bodied spiciness, followed by sweetness, but the sweetness asserts itself after a while.

Suzukagawa Junmai Fruity aroma! Melon? The aftertaste is firmly acidic and moderately bitter. Delicious sake with good balance. Delicious, even though it has probably been in the supermarket for more than half a year!

Local brand of sake brewery famous for its sake Suzukagawa Ginjo Slightly sweet and refreshing aroma with a hint of pear. The sweetness is moderate and refreshing, including the aftertaste! Refreshing! Easy to drink with no peculiarities. Suzukagawa was available at a nearby supermarket. There were several kinds, so let's compare them! Thank goodness they have 300ml...!
