It caught my eye at a nearby supermarket. Was this the same brewer as Saku Saku? I wondered why I was looking for it here, but I knew it had to be good, so I immediately bought it.
The taste was smooth, with a gentle sweetness of lychee, and a bitter aftertaste to round out the flavor. It was delicious at a slightly cooler temperature. 😋
The pattern on the label was inspired by the ancient Isekatagami of Suzuka. Beautiful. Spring pattern: 🐈️🐈️
Suzukagawa is made by the same brewery as Sakusaku.
I was lucky to find it in a somewhat unexpected place, a local supermarket 😄The label was also nice, so I bought it: ❤️
The first aroma of slight acidity is like that of a rum. In addition, pear and banana aroma.
It's fresh ✨Bitter taste remains, but it's not too strong.
The next day, the sweetness is more pronounced. I wonder if the bitterness is becoming less noticeable. The image of the taste has changed, with a more mellow pear and banana type feeling than the freshness.
New brew is so good 😋.
Junmai Ginjo-shu⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Polishing ratio 60%, ALC 15%.
I bought this sake, but I found another sake that fits perfectly 😅 I left it for home use.
It has a faintly fruity aroma. It has a slight bitterness and sourness in the mouth, followed by a mild umami taste 😋.

I was going to buy Junmai from Suzukagawa, but they had a new sake, so I decided to buy this one 😊.
Aroma with a beautiful atmosphere. It has a calm freshness and a firm sweetness. Saku's new sake is delicious, but Suzukagawa is also good 😋.
Good evening, Mr. Yoohee 😃.
They were placed side by side in a wooden box just like wine 😁.
I almost missed it because it was in an inconspicuous position but I got the last one👍.
[A Day of Sake Activities in Nanato Jitsu 🍴🍶🍴🍶.
We decided to send the train back one stop because there were many other sakes we were interested in after we opened "Take-no-en".
I wanted to have some snacks, so I ordered the "Obanzai 3-item set", where you can choose 3 items from the obanzai on the lineup, and the choices are [Potato salad, fried taro and pork with starchy sauce, oden] and other interesting obanzai such as cabbage rolls 😁.
Now, for another round of drinks, I chose another sake that I have never had before!
First "Suzukagawa"🎉"Suzukagawa Junmai Daiginjo"!
Aroma of fluffy sweet rice, juicy and firm sweetness on the palate, followed by a fruity sweet aftertaste!
I've had a lot of drinks today, but this is the best today, with a strong sweetness and a good balance with the aftertaste 😋.
Good with slightly salty potato salad and taro 👍
It was my first time to try "Suzukagawa", but the owner told me that it is the same brewery as "Saku", which is very rare to find in Fukui, so it was a very precious drink 😁.
Hello, Mr. King of Noodles and Liquor ☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀.
What? I didn't know it was that rare 😲 That's why you don't see it around here 🤔.
Please read again 😁 as I highly recommend the following post from the Noodle Sake King's point of view.
It is refreshingly sweet and easy to drink!
A New Year's-like sake that everyone can drink together. I took it to my friend's house and drank it straight away ^_^.
