10/01 Glasses Day 🥸.
Immediately after the bottle was opened, "sweet" and "spicy" came rushing in, giving the impression that the flavor was spreading in the mouth. I didn't write it down, but is it hiya oroshi? After the second day of opening the bottle, it became a little more fruity. Collaboration is good 👍

The first sip has a good impact. Soft and mellow on the palate. Sweet and juicy with the sweetness of rice spreading. The slight bitterness that remains is also good.
When I warmed it up, the graininess went up⤴️ and a refreshing acidity appeared and I could drink it more easily than when it was cold.
