Souvenirs from Shinshin SY Among several souvenirs, I chose this one intuitively by looking at the label. He brought three four-packs of sake as a souvenir, which is a generous gesture for a business traveler who travels all over the country. I would never have been able to do such a thing with my own pocketbook. When I pour it into the cup, it is more yellow than I expected! Is this a matured type? The aroma is slightly fruity, but has a bitter, mature aroma. The mouthfeel is crisp and dry, with a light sweetness and bitterness, and a moderate umami, but the maturing aroma in the aftertaste is unique. The light sourness and bitterness in the aftertaste are quite a tricky thing to pull off. This strange taste is not one of my favorites, but it is something that makes me want to drink it again. It reminds me of that strange feeling I had in junior high school when I used to prank cigarettes behind my back. It's a treat!

Mr. Fatty, who lost first in the janken (rock-paper-scissors) tournament, actually liked this sake's jacket. When I bought it, I put it in my basket because it was labeled as the last bottle! It didn't give me the impression that it was as described on the back, but it had a unique nutty taste. It's very rare in sake. It reminded me of barley shochu like Kenpachi or Sato barley. Mr. Fatty, please enjoy it with your wife who couldn't make it tonight. Knowledge Tensai Bakabon" is still loved by many. The characters of "Tensai Bakabon" are still loved by many people. Fermented at a low temperature as slowly as a daiginjo, the sake has a fruity, fresh aroma reminiscent of green apples and pears, and a mellow taste that spreads on the palate. Limited time and limited number of bottles available. Launch period: September 1, 2022 - August 31, 2023 Limited to 1863 bottles. It has a gentle aroma of rice, and when you take it into your mouth, a firm umami flavor spreads across your tongue, followed by a pleasant bitterness. The taste is reminiscent of Yamahai. However, despite the alcohol content of 18%, the alcohol attack is gentle.

Junmai sake, 65% polished rice ratio, Miyamanishiki My daughter wanted to go to the Shibusawa Eiichi Memorial Museum. After that, we went to a roadside station and bought a bottle of Kikusen. When I traveled to a place, I wanted to taste the local sake. We drank it at home at dinner time. It was delicious. Mellow, smooth, umami. I think it is my favorite sake for Saitama.

I was going to stop at 100ml of Daimine, but I couldn't stop and had another. The cup is a cute Fukacchan sake. It may or may not go well with Fukaya leeks. I don't know. I think I drank the right Honjozo!
