Souvenirs from Shinshin SY Among several souvenirs, I chose this one intuitively by looking at the label. He brought three four-packs of sake as a souvenir, which is a generous gesture for a business traveler who travels all over the country. I would never have been able to do such a thing with my own pocketbook. When I pour it into the cup, it is more yellow than I expected! Is this a matured type? The aroma is slightly fruity, but has a bitter, mature aroma. The mouthfeel is crisp and dry, with a light sweetness and bitterness, and a moderate umami, but the maturing aroma in the aftertaste is unique. The light sourness and bitterness in the aftertaste are quite a tricky thing to pull off. This strange taste is not one of my favorites, but it is something that makes me want to drink it again. It reminds me of that strange feeling I had in junior high school when I used to prank cigarettes behind my back. It's a treat!

The second one today, â As expected, there were not enough of them, so I found the stock of the Saitama series from the other day in my bag, so here it is! The Miyagi Musubi Maru was the top of the Yurukyara series, but this one is also quite good. It was very tasty!

Junmai sake, 65% polished rice ratio, Miyamanishiki My daughter wanted to go to the Shibusawa Eiichi Memorial Museum. After that, we went to a roadside station and bought a bottle of Kikusen. When I traveled to a place, I wanted to taste the local sake. We drank it at home at dinner time. It was delicious. Mellow, smooth, umami. I think it is my favorite sake for Saitama.

I was going to stop at 100ml of Daimine, but I couldn't stop and had another. The cup is a cute Fukacchan sake. It may or may not go well with Fukaya leeks. I don't know. I think I drank the right Honjozo!

It was hot again today. But tomorrow is supposed to be cold, so let's drink refreshing sake today. Following yesterday's sara, we will drink Saitama sake. It is a junmai, unfiltered, beautifully sparkling sake. The alcohol content is 8 degrees. Sounds good! It's sweet, but I don't mind it because it's so shwashy. It's not quite a Ramune, but it's like a sparkling wine. It is labeled "slightly sparkling," but it is very sparkling. I think it should be more popular.
