Souvenirs from Shinshin SY Among several souvenirs, I chose this one intuitively by looking at the label. He brought three four-packs of sake as a souvenir, which is a generous gesture for a business traveler who travels all over the country. I would never have been able to do such a thing with my own pocketbook. When I pour it into the cup, it is more yellow than I expected! Is this a matured type? The aroma is slightly fruity, but has a bitter, mature aroma. The mouthfeel is crisp and dry, with a light sweetness and bitterness, and a moderate umami, but the maturing aroma in the aftertaste is unique. The light sourness and bitterness in the aftertaste are quite a tricky thing to pull off. This strange taste is not one of my favorites, but it is something that makes me want to drink it again. It reminds me of that strange feeling I had in junior high school when I used to prank cigarettes behind my back. It's a treat!

SHINKI Awa Tropical...Strong acidity with a tropical aroma. It is sweet and easy to drink. Science brothers....quite light and unadulterated. Slightly sweet and easy for anyone to drink. Kikuzen Shibori...fruity aroma like a banana. You can feel the umami in the midst of the miscellaneous flavors in this sake.

I got attracted by the package of Fukka-chan at the roadside station in Saitama. It was refreshing but a little sweet and had a unique aroma.

Kikusen It was labeled as mellow, but I had it cold. It's definitely mellow, but it's great cold! It's not sticky, not alcoholic, not sweet, and yet it's mellow. Next time I'll have it hot!

Smells like green apples. I bought it because it said. 18% alcohol by volume and 60% polishing ratio, Ginjo unpasteurized Yes, it smells like green apples. In the mouth, you get a sweet and sour taste, followed by the pungent taste of alcohol. I don't think I'd like it.

It was a big-boned, dry, strong drink that I hadn't had in a while. It has a slightly high alcohol content of 18. It's my own image, but I have the impression that many of the drinks in Saitama are dry like this one. The taste softened as I continued to drink it, so maybe the temperature range shouldn't be too cold.

検索で出て来ないので同酒蔵の別銘柄で登録させていただきました。クラウドファンディングにて数量限定販売されたスパークリング日本酒。日本酒の新しい飲み方を提案する、というコンセプト通り、従来の日本酒と一線を画すお酒である。口に含むと想像以上に強烈な炭酸感。飲んだ瞬間はキリッと爽やか。口のなかで転がすと香りが広がる。後の余韻は長めで芳醇。んー、これは旨いお酒だ。日本酒の濁り成分がグラスの中で「雪の結晶」のように美しく舞う、という特徴もあり特別な日の乾杯におすすめである。口当たりが軽いので食中酒としても十分に合う。

My favorite ★★☆☆☆☆☆ Rice: Miyamanishiki produced in Nagano Prefecture Polishing ratio 65 The overall impression is of hardness, including the mouthfeel. It has a moderate umami flavor, but the aftertaste is crisp. The description says the aroma is reminiscent of bananas, so I thought it was bananas. I personally have never had this kind of aroma before. According to the brewery's website, it is recommended to be served at room temperature or warmed. At 🍶Kawagoe KIKIZAKE KOUSE Showagura
