Souvenirs from Shinshin SY Among several souvenirs, I chose this one intuitively by looking at the label. He brought three four-packs of sake as a souvenir, which is a generous gesture for a business traveler who travels all over the country. I would never have been able to do such a thing with my own pocketbook. When I pour it into the cup, it is more yellow than I expected! Is this a matured type? The aroma is slightly fruity, but has a bitter, mature aroma. The mouthfeel is crisp and dry, with a light sweetness and bitterness, and a moderate umami, but the maturing aroma in the aftertaste is unique. The light sourness and bitterness in the aftertaste are quite a tricky thing to pull off. This strange taste is not one of my favorites, but it is something that makes me want to drink it again. It reminds me of that strange feeling I had in junior high school when I used to prank cigarettes behind my back. It's a treat!

Kikusen is the most famous local sake in Fukaya City, Saitama Prefecture! Takizawa Sake Brewery is often introduced with its historic brick building, but it is also a well-established sake brewery with various awards. This junmai sake also has the words "Award of Excellence" on it. I thought, "If that's what it says, I'll just have to order it anyway," and so I did. I was surprised by the fruity aroma, as described in the description: "Aroma like banana and pleasant acidity! I was surprised at the fruity aroma! I was checking the aroma and before I knew it, it was empty 🤗. No, scary! This is why sake is so scary!

Mr. Fatty, who lost first in the janken (rock-paper-scissors) tournament, actually liked this sake's jacket. When I bought it, I put it in my basket because it was labeled as the last bottle! It didn't give me the impression that it was as described on the back, but it had a unique nutty taste. It's very rare in sake. It reminded me of barley shochu like Kenpachi or Sato barley. Mr. Fatty, please enjoy it with your wife who couldn't make it tonight. Knowledge Tensai Bakabon" is still loved by many. The characters of "Tensai Bakabon" are still loved by many people. Fermented at a low temperature as slowly as a daiginjo, the sake has a fruity, fresh aroma reminiscent of green apples and pears, and a mellow taste that spreads on the palate. Limited time and limited number of bottles available. Launch period: September 1, 2022 - August 31, 2023 Limited to 1863 bottles. Rice polishing ratio: 58 Rice used: Miyamanishiki Alcohol content: 15.0 Sake degree: +2 Acidity: 1.3

It has a gentle aroma of rice, and when you take it into your mouth, a firm umami flavor spreads across your tongue, followed by a pleasant bitterness. The taste is reminiscent of Yamahai. However, despite the alcohol content of 18%, the alcohol attack is gentle.
