As rumored, it is similar to Katsucoma,
It is spicier than Katsucoma, but has a more honjozo taste.

Junmai Ginjo was delicious.
There was also nigori sake, but to my surprise it was sold out (tears).
When we asked, they said they did not bring a lot of nigori sake because they did not think it would sell well.
We decided on a special junmai sake that was made for Keida.
It has more body than the junmai ginjo, which is delicious in its own way.
Actually, the Keida is lying in our refrigerator, but I couldn't open the bottle, so I savored it with my imagination.
Well, this time my wife gave me a ride in her car, so I decided to finish it here.

October 1, Sake Day. I went to the Bacchus and Yama 2023 event.
The event was held from 12:00 to 16:00, but I attended from around 14:00.
The first drink was Junmai Ginjo from Chiyotsuru!
The brewery closest to my house. I tend to avoid it because I can drink it anytime, but it is still delicious ^ ^.
It is a year-round product and the brewery's signature sake.
It is gentle and soft, but it cuts through quickly.
Let's drink it carefully at home next time.

The first nigori sake I've had in a long time!
Delicious 😋.
I enjoy the way it leaves a silky residue on the palate.
I think it was flavored.

I've been enjoying a lot of food and sake in Toyama 🎵.
I'm going to post a little bit about it because there's no end to it.
Chiyotsuru's special junmai. The label is impressive. A little sweet. It would be better with fish if it were a little drier.
Grape-like aroma. In the mouth, it has a grape-like fruity and lavender-like atmosphere. The alcohol is high, so it may be a dry sake, but it feels sweet. It has a strong umami flavor. It is crisp and clean. It is delicious.
