This is my first time to taste raw sake.
Taste uneasy at first (actually it might be deteriorating in transit?).
Sour but mellows out as it comes into contact with air.
I wish you all the best and hope to see you soon. 🍶🍶🍶🍶
We opened a bottle of Chiyotsuru deep sea water brewed in Toyama Prefecture 😀.
The aroma is mild and slightly cucumbery 🍈😊The mouthfeel is clean and refreshing, like a draft sake 😚The taste is mildly sweet and delicious, with a refreshing aftertaste that will keep your cup going. ☺️
Easy to drink and delicious sake ✨🥳👍
@Mizuhashi, good evening 🌃😀
I bought it because it was a label of Chiyotsuru which I had never seen anything like😊It was a jackpot purchase but it was a stable Chiyotsuru👍.
Good morning, Maechen 😃.
I thought the first one was a deep sea photo 😆 I think I know why you bought the jackets👍.
You made a great decision by taking it 🤗.
The taste is beautiful and slightly sweet on the palate, with a firm but not unpleasant spiciness. The sweetness is elegant.
The lingering aftertaste is cut off with a hint of sweetness. The sharpness is also good.
As is typical of Toyama sake, it goes well with Japanese food such as sashimi.
My colleague was on a business trip to Toyama and gave it to me as a gift. It was my first time drinking this brand, but I found myself finishing it. It was fresh and fresh sake, and I am very impressed with sake at this time of the year.
It is somewhat thick with little or no acidity.
The lack of acidity seems to match the vinegar in the trout sushi.
Aoyama Sohonpo's trout sushi is very good.
