My kind of beautiful sake.
The sake is made with water in mind, using soft well water, which is different from the mineral brewing water usually used by Matsunozashi.
Moderately mild acidity and sweetness. It is a clean watery sake with low alcohol content, but it also has a bit of lactic acidity, umami, and astringency, making it a refreshing yet well-flavored sake.
It is delicious!
It is good with sashimi, etc!
Sake rice → Domestic rice
Rice polishing ratio→55
Alcohol content→13 degrees Celsius
Water used for brewing→Oka Chisui Sen Kogyo well water
Although it smelled sultry-sweet,
But when I drank it, it was rich and sweet.
A little sourness, no bitterness at all.
Aroma of vanilla
The mouthfeel is smooth like water, but the sweetness is strong and lingers for a long time.
I tasted it because it was chosen as the best in a women's choice contest I saw on Youtube. It has a youthful aroma and goes down your throat easily. It is a low-alcohol, light sake.
Sake brewed with locally grown organic sake rice (Watabune) with no added yeast and JAS certified organic sake brewing.
The attention to detail and the label are something amazing.
Chilled.
The aroma is clean and has a peachy nuance. The mouthfeel is smooth like water, but with a very smooth sweetness. The acidity and umami are round and delicate, and the slightly lingering taste is elegant itself.
I felt like an aristocrat. I would like to drink this while I am sober.
It was a perfect sake for the 400 check-in.
