Ginrei-Akiagari (White Dew) The acidity and freshness of drunken whales are concentrated and full-flavored. It has a sense of maturity, but it is not heavy and refreshing. I paired it with white meat sashimi, and although I felt the sashimi was outclassed, the namelow was a great match. A sake that goes well with firm flavors.

I knew it wouldn't go well with BBQ, but a girl in her 20s who was starting to get into sake asked for a recommendation, so I brought something that I thought would go well with her.... Rather than going with a meal, this sake is great as a dessert or aperitif. It is a very fruity and light sweet sake that is easy to drink. Not only girls in their 20's, but even my uncle in his 50's was satisfied with the taste and thought it was dangerous! This is dangerous! I wanted to drink it with rare cheesecake and fruits.
