Matsu no Tsukasa Junmai Ginjo Mizuki
The mouthfeel is clear and mineral, with pear and melon-like fruitiness. The low alcohol content makes it easy to drink. This is the sake I wanted to drink, and it is delicious.
◉Matsunoshi Organic Junmai Sake Watafune Namahashi-zukuri
The label is classy. The sake has a gentle acidity and a firm, full-bodied umami flavor. The taste is very clean and crisp. I like this one because it has a lot of flavor, yet is easy to drink and delicious.
Matsu no Tsukasa Junmai-shu Ohana
An assemblage sake. The label also states the blend ratio. The label also indicates the blend ratio. The blend is made up of a large percentage of young sake, so the aroma and taste are rather clean and not aged too much. The blend seems to change every year.
Just by drinking these three types of sake, one can tell that the level of Matsu no Tsukasa is quite impressive.
