At home. This is my first Shiga, Matsunoji. The aroma is gorgeous and has a slight semedyne smell. There is a sweetness and a little tingling in the mouth, and there is an alcohol feeling that goes through the nose, but it is clear and light and easy to drink. The Kinki region was filled with this.

First trip to Shiga Prefecture 🚗. Shiga has many sake breweries: ❗️ I wanted to visit a lot of them, but with my family, I went to this store: ❗️ I don't usually drink Daiginjo, but I bought some 🍶. It was so sweet and easy to drink that even my wife said it was delicious✨.

Junmai 🍶. Dry sharpness ✨cute. A little sweetness when paired with fried taro. Gentle with lightly pickled yam. Umami when the temperature rises a little higher than the kinky. Umi to @Takadanobaba 20241026
