Summer Nama-zake is a junmai ginjo unfiltered nama-zake brewed in the winter and left in the bottle until summer.
It has a nice taste with a mild but rich rice flavor.
The label design of a rabbit brewing sake in the moon is cute and retro.
Purchased at Fushimi Sake Brewery.

2025/6/17-6/19, there is an event called [Gurutonami Chigasaki 2025] and I am going to an event where I can enjoy my first izakaya and snack bars.
It is a good plan to explore new restaurants 🤗.
It has a fruity aroma, and in the mouth it is a crisp, dry sake with a hint of sourness in its mildness.

This was the last of a set of three different types of drinks. The aroma is quite strong. It is dry, but has a sweet aftertaste. Compared to the other two, it seems to be a little less angular and more rounded.
Anre! It's more refreshing than I expected!
I wonder why it has a habit of making a small mouthful!
Is it a different type of pork cutlet from the one I usually get at Tonkatsuya... or is Tonkatsuya's not Tsuki no Katsura? Is it just a different kind?
