I stopped by on my way back from "Fushimizu Sake Brewery Alley" on my trip to Kyoto and had a taste of Tsuki no Hashira 80🌕, one of the original "Toki-to" sake from "Fushimizu Sake Brewery Hall".
The taste of sake goes from refreshing to robust when you put it in your mouth🍶.
A cup to savor the afterglow of your trip 👅.
Junmai Namaishu 🍶Nakakakumi Nigori Sake✨
The third sake at a banquet with my colleagues 🥳.
Unlike the appearance, it is quite strong. It is quite strong, with a lot of zushin. I want to savor it carefully. Paired with a sashimi trio (shako, tuna, octopus) 😋The shako is huge😳.

Color Clear and colorless
Aroma: Slightly refreshing, but also floral, as if it were a daiginjo. The lingering aroma is mellow and a little heavy.
Taste: Fairly sweet.
Overall impression: It is gorgeous, but the sweetness lingers, so you get tired of drinking it.
According to the internet, it is currently sold out at the brewery...
It is a sparkling wine that needs to be refrigerated, and as it says, be really careful when you open the bottle. It spills out with room to spare.
The mellowness of the nigori sake and the fizzy feeling was delicious.
It was a good decision to buy it.
A souvenir from a business trip to Kyoto!
I opened it slowly as instructed by the liquor store, but it overflowed. It has a strong effervescence, so I drank it in a champagne glass. The taste is not sweet, but soft and a little bitter (❔).
Postscript
It went well with food such as Camembert cheese and fried chicken!
Amazing effervescence, just like the original sparkling (be careful how you open it).
Refreshing melon-like sweetness and just the right amount of bitter.9
