It is a nigorizake made from Junmai Junmai Nakakumi. It is quite dry and has a strong bitterness, but as the temperature rises, you can taste the umami sweetness. It is a delicious sake 😋.

This Sake starts very bold with strong and bright flavors of tart apples and butterscotch. There is enough acidity to give this a short dry finish. Wow, the explosion of flavor woke me up. 😳

When I went to Takimoto, I suddenly felt like drinking a small bottle of nigori. It was the first time I bought Tsukitsukatsura since they changed the label to a fashionable one. Strong taste. Shuwa shuwa. I almost gushed out. The alcohol content is high, so the strong alcohol taste comes with a bang. The delicious taste of rice surges in. The sweetness is only slightly perceptible in the latter half of the bottle. Personally, I don't think it goes well with Tsuki no Katsura...

Tasted and purchased directly from Tokubei Masuda Shoten during their campaign at Isetan Kyoto. Polishing ratio 60 Alcohol content: 8 degrees Celsius It is not as sweet as expected and has a mature taste. It has a strong rice flavor. I much prefer this flavor to sparkling wine.

The sake is made from 100% Sakamai, a celebratory grape variety from Fushimi, Kyoto, and polished to 88%, a level of flavor that would be impossible without organic cultivation, but with a clean finish that is completely free of any cloying flavors. The sake is made using the Edo Period (1603-1867) brewing method called jumizu-jikomi. The rice used is pesticide-free rice. While watching the Japan Series. The nigorizake is the most famous sake of Tsukitsukatsura. The balance of sweetness and flavor unique to nigori sake is wonderful 👏👏. After the third game, the Hanshin won one and lost two, but there are still more games to come. I will be watching the game on site tomorrow, so I really hope they win 🐯.

🌙 There are other purposes for this trip home. To buy a new PC for my mother to use since her PC is out of support for Windows 10. She can't even update Windows herself, but she wants to use it. And she wants to tell her friends that she can use her computer. She bought FMV which is expensive but she is used to it. The address of gmail is different between PC and cell phone.
