Specified name: Ginjo Ingredients: Rice, Rice malt, Brewer's alcohol Alcohol content: 14 Sake meter: +4 Rice: Niigata-grown Senjyugaku Rice polishing ratio: 55 Acidity: 1.1 Personal Favorite ☆★★☆☆☆☆☆ Light, but with a firm sweetness and spiciness. 😀 It has a subtle aroma and a refreshing feeling. Considering the price, it is cosmetically good! 🍶🤤. It's quite a favorite even for me who likes inexpensive and refreshing drinks. 😃 'It has a beautifully clear aroma with a hint of a clean, clear texture and light taste on the palate. The throat is sharp and refreshing." The product introduction says, "It's still light. 🤔

We went to Inaba Sake Brewery in Tsukuba. Coffee is available in the stylishly renovated building. For 600 yen, you can try three kinds of sake. The one that caught my attention was "Sutera," which had a robust flavor and a slightly sweet, gentle sweetness. Nenmogawa Junmai Daiginjo Spring Kasumisake A nice name and a slight nigori (a slight haze) is just like a haze. It has a slightly sweet taste, but the slight sweetness is quickly cleared up and the haze disappears. Easy to drink.

Tomo san Mizufujumo Junmai Ginjo Nama Ippon I found a very tasty sake in Ibaraki prefecture. I bought it on the recommendation of a liquor store. He said, "It sells out quickly when it comes in." After tasting it, I bought it because it is a sake from Mito. The four-pack was priced in the 1,300 yen range, and was very cost-effective! It is smooth and sharp. It is refreshing and quite tasty. It is fruity and, as others have commented, melon-like. You can enjoy everything from the sweetness of the rice to the dry sharpness. A carefully crafted sake. There are many varieties in the lineup, such as "Suifu Boast" Red No. 10 and Blue No. 10, and I would like to pay attention to them.

Kofuji - Ginjo Dry Taste Sake degree +9 Rice polishing ratio 55 Kofuji, made by Shimada Shuzo in Higashi-onsen City, Ehime Prefecture, is popular for its super-harsh taste, but this ginjo dry sake is also quite good, with a refreshing sharpness from the sweetness of the rice. It is delicious! It is also suitable as a food sake. It is also suitable as an in-between-dinner drink.

This is the first time I have had unfiltered, unpasteurized sake. Limited sale. I bought it because of the cool label and the fact that it is made in Omachi City, Nagano Prefecture. It is a collaboration with AW Water. Slightly effervescent and fresh! When poured into a glass, it looks colorless and light. The bubbles of micro-foam are flickering. Impression of pouring from a sake barrel. Fruity and tangy. Many people comment that it goes well with Japanese food, but for me, it has an image of Western food. It does not go well with salted squid. The alcohol content is 15%, but I have the impression that it is a little stronger. I'll get drunk.

Junmai Ginjo Mizubasho As stated on the label, "Chilled in a wine glass. The taste is clean and refreshing, and goes down your throat nicely. Sake meter value is +3 and it is slightly dry. Slightly spicy with a refreshing taste. The sweetness spreads on the tongue without exceeding the spiciness. It goes well with white-meat swordfish sashimi. I wonder if it goes well with light flavors. For me, a lover of salted squid, it is a refreshing drink to wash down the mattari.

Ishizuchi, a gift from Ehime Ishizuchi Junmai Ginjo Yamadanishiki 50 As it is recommended as a food sake, it is light and fruity. It is light, fruity, and has a nice mouthfeel with just a hint of spiciness, which makes the food go down the drain and the sake go up. I paired it with toro-katsuo (bonito) as a side dish and ended up drinking too much.

Kofuji Super Dry" was a gift. It is called "super dry," but it is refreshingly light. The change from the sweetness of the rice to dryness on the tongue is enjoyable. It is very easy to drink because of its refreshing taste. If you are looking for super dry, it may not be enough. We paired it with salted squid from Kesennuma, Miyagi Prefecture, but the sweetness of the super-salty rice overlapped with the sweetness of the salted squid, making it not a good accompaniment.

Ehime Matsuyama Local Sake Seiryu Shuzo Iyo Kagiya Junmai Ginjo Black Label The second bottle we received for drinking. More rice sweetness and rice presence than junmai sake. Light! Slightly refreshing after the sweetness of the rice. The soft spiciness that follows at the end is delicious. It is a mellow sake that one never gets tired of, and should be paired with a refreshing meal.

I had this at the Miharu Sake Brewery's sake tasting at the AEON liquor store booth. The lady at the Miharu Sake Brewery recommended three kinds of sake, and I bought this one. Definitely fruity. Some commented that it was pear, but to me it was more banana-like. It is sweet because it is a pure sake. Seems to go well with weekend Saturdays, lol.
