Purchased at Maibasuketto. A little yellow. Strongly rice-like. A little bit of rice residue on the bottom. The sweetness is strong. It is a good value for money sake. The rice polishing ratio seems to be 68%.

Junmai is a light Junmai with a light flavor. The aftertaste is light and disappears gently. You can feel its richness when it is paired with oden. Good as a mid-meal drink.

Purchase at nearby Maibasuketto 🍶. It's a sweet sake with a touch of sourness 😃. I drank it cold, but I wonder if it would be better hot. I still have some left so I'll drink it warm next time 😁. By the way, it's very cheap 💴.

I bought it at Maiba-Suketto. I paired it with Buri-daikon (yellowtail and radish) and it seemed to go better with the radish than the yellowtail.

Reasonable price. I drank it chilled. It has a strong sour aroma. It tastes sweet and refreshing. As it is Junmai-shu, you can feel the rice. I bought it because I enjoyed the Suifu-banga here, but this is not my favorite. Too bad.

❤️❤️❤️ Today, we had dinner at home with a bottle of Junmai sake, which we easily picked up on the My Bus. It is a sweet and sour sake with a characteristic flavor when you drink it. It seems that it wasn't the sushi that was to be paired with it. 😒 I tried it warm, but I preferred it at room temperature. Saikka with skin, boiled peanuts, cucumber salad, mackerel stewed in miso... I tried this and that, but none of them were good. I tried a few things at home, but they were all not so good. The smoked mixed nuts were the best match of all the ones I tried today. ☺️ How about grilled fish in sakekasu?
