One I came across when I went camping in Chichibu.
Slightly peachy aroma.
Almost no sweetness and no acidity, but the mild umami of rice spreads slowly.
Dry but not difficult to drink.
The image is quite different from the gorgeousness of the package, but it is delicious!
Purchased on a trip to Chichibu
If you go to the main store, you can get a limited edition brewed in Omachi, so this is what I came for.
Chichibu Nishiki is more sweet than fruity.
I think Chichibu Nishiki is lighter than fruity.
The finish is easy to drink even though it has Omachi's characteristic weightiness.
Instead of being gaseous and gorgeous, it has just the right balance of heaviness and just the right amount of sweetness to make it pleasant.
If I have a chance to visit Chichibu again, I would definitely buy it!
I bought a bottle when I went camping in Chichibu.
Green apple-like aroma.
The mouthfeel is smooth and full, as is typical of Omachi.
Almost no acidity, with a lingering aftertaste of bitterness.
It has the dryness typical of Chichibu Nishiki, but it also has a somewhat "modern" taste.
Delicious!
A series of business trips before GW
During GW, a family member had an accident and returned to Fukuoka in a hurry.
And then another business trip.
Busy days for me💦.
I'm sorry for the delay in following up with everyone.
I apologize for the delay in following up with you all, but when I skip a post, it piles up quickly.
I'm in a hurry to get it all together and post it because my memory is starting to fade.
I found a supermarket nearby that sells a lot of local sake, so here's what I got!
The price is reasonable, just a little over 1,000 yen for the bottle itself!
I was attracted by the fact that it came in a box, so I brought it home with me!
Let's get started!
I don't know enough about Saitama sake to talk about it, but it has an aroma of grain-derived sweetness that is common to all Saitama sake.
The impression is still the same when you taste it.
Rich sweetness and umami like brown sugar.
There is also a slight sourness.
I can hardly taste bitterness, but I think it is honestly delicious👍.
Hi Haruei Chichi 😃I see you've given a lot, this hoarding, I can feel your ambitious sake life and it's a quintessential ✨It's very cosy, rich in brown sugar, I'm curious about this sake as well. I wonder if I'll come across it someday 🤫.
Good morning, Haruei Chichi. ☀️
I've always been curious about Chichibu Nishiki, but it's not available in Akita, and I'm wondering if I should buy it💦.
I saw someone on YouTube raving about it before, so I've been curious about it ever since.
Maybe I should buy it 🤔.
Hi Wakata 😃.
Sorry for the super late response: 🙇♀️
I'm not ambitious at all 😅
It's just sold in supermarkets and I'd like to send it to you.
Another selling point is that it can be stored at room temperature: ❗️
Hello T.KISO😃
I see you are so interested in Chichibu Nishiki.
Maybe I'll go to Akita to deliver it to you.
I'm sure you can do it 😆.
I think it's ok if you click on it!
Finally, Junmai Daiginjo in a very luxurious and expensive looking bottle✨.
Sweet and fruity aroma like apple 🍎.
Strong flavor and umami, also very fruity 🎵✨✨.
Just the right amount of sweetness and tartness 😉.
At the "Yo-Dore Market" 🍶.
We compared the "Chichibu Nishiki" from Yao Honten, which was at the stall 🍶.
Mild aroma 🎶.
Soft and smooth ✨.
Fullness is also felt, with a slight spiciness 😉.
Clean and easy to drink ✨.
I got it as a celebration.
I had probably never had sake from Saitama before, but it had a nice aroma. The fact that it was not Junmai Daiginjo gave it a certain depth, but in general it was very tasty.
