A jar of sake. The wild aroma spreads to the palate. It is a country sake, in the good sense of the word, with a strong mouthfeel. It is delicious and inexpensive (about 1,300 yen), so I have no complaints.

Purchased at Echigo Yuzawa Station. I asked the shopkeeper for one with a strong rice flavor! I asked the shopkeeper to serve me one with a strong rice taste.
It is sweet and easy to drink. It is a strong unpasteurized sake, but it has a light, watery taste. The aroma is refreshing. Personally, I like it very much. I want to buy it again.
