It was a very hard to believe that it was a very alcoholic 19 degree drink. I found it to be characterized by sweetness first, slight bitterness and heaviness.
Spring Limited Edition Unfiltered Nama Sake
Purchased on a trip to Chichibu
High alcohol content but you don't feel it.
More sweet than fruity
Easy to drink.
Good on the rocks
Souvenir of Chichibu touring.
Purchased after visiting a sake brewery.
It has a sweet taste.
The alcohol content is high at 20 degrees,
It has a strong alcoholic taste when you drink it.
It is a daily accompaniment to evening drinks.
Purchased at Seibu-Chichibu station. It has a classical Japanese sake flavor. It is better to drink it as it is with strong flavored food than to drink it as it is. ⭕️
A robust Junmai sake... maybe not my favorite...
Tomorrow is my day off, no work, no need to get up early.
On the way home, I picked up some gyoza and lebanese chives at the General's on the way home and went home as fast as I could.
I choose a well-balanced classical sake to go with the fatty Chinese food. Chichibu Nishiki is the best choice.
From room temperature to warmed sake, with mozuku vinegar in between, we slowly enjoy the sake with Chinese food.
The rice sake is just as good as the rice in Chinese food, or is it? Or perhaps it is the deliciousness of Chichibu Nishiki. Not only does it wash away the fat, but the sweetness of the rice and the moderate smell of alcohol are delicious.
Purchased at Chichibu touring.
Because the temperature was high for March,
I brought a coolant with me.
Tastes crisp, aroma is not strong.
The mouthfeel is dry.
Alcoholic taste is strong.
Fresh and tasty sake.
