Purchased at Chichibu touring.
Because the temperature was high for March,
I brought a coolant with me.
Tastes crisp, aroma is not strong.
The mouthfeel is dry.
Alcoholic taste is strong.
Fresh and tasty sake.
Clear and colorless, with aromas of pear, honeysuckle, yogurt, and cooked rice. The attack is strong, with mild acidity and mild sweetness and a rather long finish.
My first Chichibu Nishiki!
It was given to me by a friend whom I haven't seen in a while.
I will enjoy it with a glass of wine!
The aroma has a so-so alu feel to it.
The taste... the sweetness comes on strong at first but disappears quickly, and it finishes rather dry.
This is a good wine that you don't get tired of drinking!
Kusatsu Onsen
At Wahai Soba Restaurant
The sake comparison continued!
The owner of the restaurant seems to be a sake lover and introduced us to a variety of sake.
