This is the first bottle in February. Finally, this is the first time it has landed in Okayama Prefecture, a prefecture where I have not yet tasted it. It is a white peach yeast, and the aroma is just peachy lol.
I thought it was sweet and easy to drink at the beginning, but it has a peculiar taste of alcohol and bitterness later on.
It's like a roller coaster, with the character changing between the first and second half. Anyway, the first half is sweet and refreshing, and by the third day, the peculiarity of the second half is gone, and it is my favorite state. It's good 😋.
By the way, the results of the recent checkup were disappointing as my liver values were not good😞😮💨 second year of Sake-no-wa was almost 7 bottles a month plus outside drinking, which is an increase from the first year, so I want to reduce the amount I drink. I respect everyone in Sake-no-wa who seems to be getting along well with Sake 🫡.
