The 2004 vintage.
The umami flavor mellows out the spiciness.
The master said, "Serve with chashu pork from ramen noodles.
It certainly goes well with ramen.
Purchased on 5/22 during sightseeing in Nara
Freshly opened, a little gassy on the palate.
Yogurt-like taste that comes from the mouth.
The sweet and sour taste is followed by a bitter aftertaste.
The aftertaste is strong but refreshing.

Strong!
It's a strong flavor of Okura, but it's so strong that it's like drinking undiluted Calpis.
And of course it's delicious!
I love how Okura doesn't pander to the masses, but instead just says, "Drink only what you like.
It is packed with various elements, such as one-stage brewing, yellowish color, orikara, and 5-year-old raw sake, but Okura does not let that bother it, and I can only say that it tastes just like Okura!
I will follow you for the rest of my life.
The first sip is dominated by the dryness of the sake, and when you look at the sake meter, it reads ➕19, but as you continue drinking, you will not mind the dryness.
The dryness of the sake is not so noticeable as you continue to drink it.
It's been a while since I've been to my usual restaurant.
It's Omachi.
It has a sweetness and sourness a little like maple syrup. It's a mild and comfortable drink.
Is it because of the high acidity?
It was different from my image of Omachi. It is deep.
[The last one I had at Margin Store was a brand I had never had before 😁.
Okura Yamahai Special Junmai 2022
I was told that this was a sake that had been laid down for a year, so I took a sip to see how it would taste 🍶.
The aroma is a light rice aroma, the mouthfeel is overwhelmingly delicious and the acidity is sharp, leaving a rich soy sauce-like flavor with a strong aftertaste.
The taste is so strong and punchy that the customer next to me called it Nara's "kinky sake" 😲.
The soy sauce flavor is quite good when paired with aji-tamago (fried egg) 😋.
Hi Jay & Nobby, hello here too ☀☀☀☀☀☀.
It's a town with a lot of history, so you'll never get tired of seeing private houses in the central commercial area, offices renovated from old buildings, and houses at the end of narrow alleys 😁.
Hi, Matsuchiyo-san!
I'm not sure if it's a very strong sake, but it's delicious 😁It seems to go well with beef stew or meat and potatoes✨.
Next time I'll try your standard "Okura" 😋.
In the mouth
The sweet and sour taste that is typical of mizu-hashiroshi spreads
The taste is rich and sweet like a noble rotten wine and
It tastes like dried fruit.
It is supposed to be quite heavy, but the acidity works well.
It is not heavy and has a nice aftertaste.
You can drink it all the time.
It's kind of addictive.

I'm going to watch the game 🏈🏈 at Chichibu Miya.
A little early, so I'll have a light drink😅.
The spiciness spreads.
It's suitable for salted squid 😁.
First time in Okura✨
It's a Yamahai, unfiltered raw sake, directly pumped, too much information,
I didn't feel much Yamahai-ness, or rather, I didn't feel it at all.
If you don't like Yamahai, this might be a good one for you.
Sake strength +4, easy to drink as a mid-meal drink ✨.
I'm curious about the Heian Bijin, which is just as good as Kudokutei 🤣.
Good morning, Choroki 😃.
I've only had Kaze no Mori, Mimuro Sugi and Hanaboe in Nara and was thinking Shinomine next 🤔, but this is Okura-san! I'll make a note 👍
