Welcome party for students (2) I saw Okura and ordered it without hesitation This is a normal dry sake for an Okura 😳. Almost no sweetness, a bit astringent and hard. I was expecting something kinky, so I was a little underwhelmed 🤣. It went well with sashimi.

I bought it again. Okura. Unfiltered raw sake for 2020. I'm looking forward to it too much. I don't know what I'm doing these days that I'm looking for perverted specs. It's good, too good. It's dry, mellow, and great. You can match it with anything. After drinking half of it, I want to try heating it up.

It seems to be a test sake made with Japan's oldest yeast. The last time I drank Okura, it was very distinctive, so I bought it with high expectations. I am looking forward to discovering what kind of characteristics it will have. This one is a weird one. It is an explosion of acidity, but it has a lingering umami taste. I don't even know if I can call it umami. Despite this habit, it doesn't choose any tsumami. Wow, I think I'm going to become an Okura fan. Or rather, I am.

This is a distribution course held by the liquor shop in Nara. Therefore, the bottles I get are Nara's local sake. This is one of them, Okura. This tastes slightly dry but fruity like grapes. If you are a dry sake lover, it's very suitable for you.

Kamigata Sake World 2025 Drinking two days in a row! It's a comfortable weather today! I put on short sleeves just in case lol Today's toast is by Mr. Okura. I found Mr. Okura wearing a hachimaki with an uchiwa in one hand! I had the pleasure of greeting him! One glass is 300 yen. Yassou! It was the cheapest price of any sake over the two days. That's what I'm talking about. Kanpai! It is not as thick and juicy as the usual Okura. But of course it's delicious! Mellow and sweet. I had two cups of Okura-san, which I loved!
