Impression
At an izakaya in Nara Prefecture (forgot to take a picture)
The color was light brown, sour and thick.
I wonder if this is the unique taste of Yamahai.
Contrary to the acidity, the mouthfeel was fine and there was a faint sweetness in the aftertaste.
It is not the first sake I would drink, but I would like to drink it after a few glasses.
