The supernatant had a fruity aroma, but when the nigori was mixed, it had a rich aroma of rice and sweet sake. Slight carbonation is felt in the mouthfeel, and sweetness and bitterness rush in. The acidity is mild and the aftertaste changes from sweetness to richness. It is the first real nigori in a long time. It would be good with soda.
I don't know if it's sake or not, can I give it to you because it's a liqueur, one word, it's so good, I like it as much as Hououmida liqueur, if it's made by a sake brewery, it's like this.
65%, 17 degrees, slightly tangy on the palate and then soft, with a moderate sweetness, good acidity and bitterness, a lot has happened in a year, that's what it tastes like (lol).
This sake was recommended to me as a sweet sake!
It was a bit soggy and fruity and quite light and easy to drink!
It was fruity, quite light and easy to drink!
It is sweet in the mouth at first, then spicy as it flows down the throat, with a smooth continuous change in flavor. It seems to go well with grilled fish and delicacies.
J&N, Kotori and I will drink a little more ⤴️ in Utsunomiya🐾 Part 8
It seemed like it was time to call it a night, but we went to one more bar at the station...
We compared 3 kinds of local sake...Higashi Rikishi!
It has a mild fruity aroma, a plump flavor, and a mild taste 😌.
Fujisawaya.
The aroma is lactobacillus type. When you drink it, you can gently taste sweetness, sourness, and umami. Although the alcohol content is 17%, it is a delicious sake that is easy to drink. We enjoyed it with grilled salted mackerel, chicken wing soup, and baked small basket. It is a delicious sake that is not too sweet, has a delicious flavor, and is smooth and easy to drink. Would you repeat it?
Tochigi Lunch - Night Out Drinking ①.
On Tuesday, I suddenly had a day off...
I decided to go to Kanuma! and we started our activities in the morning....
Kanuma is a city of 90,000 people in Tochigi 😅I'm sorry it's not a major place name like Kyoto 🙄.
Now, let's get back on track💦.
We took a bus 🚌 to "Micchan Soba" near Shin-Kanuma Station, which I had been curious about after watching Ujikakuten on YouTube! We arrived at our destination after about an hour's bus ride including connections🤗.
The restaurant opened at 11:30 and was packed right away. ‼️ We succeeded in getting a seat right after the opening!
We ordered Chilli Soba, Chilli Kakiage, and Chilli Soba Yaki Sushi.
And what was the fresh pickled vegetables served as a side dish? And what was the new pickled vegetables that came out as a side dish?
Yes, you know what it is 🤣.
If anything, this was the best chives I've ever had!
I added some spicy konjak and ordered a bottle of sake to fight off this army of chives.
It was a powerful opponent, but it had an earthy flavor that enveloped them all 😋.
We were very satisfied with the taste of everything 😋 and left Kanuma after a quick sightseeing tour of Shin-Kanuma station with its fairy-like atmosphere 😅 with the smell of chives wafting around us.
Tochigi Ai surrounded by chives 🥰.
to be continued
Hi Jay & Nobby😃!
All the chives are awesome 🤩but they all look delicious 😋and the Tochigi Rikishi💪 that wraps around the chives looks strong (lol), a drink that would suit your taste buds 🍶Tochigi was famous for chives, wasn't it? I'll have to buy some Tochigi love chives: ❣️
Hi Jay & Nobby 😊
This is it, the East Rikishi for lunchtime drinking 🍶 😋.
Chive soba & chive noodle soup looks delicious and fun 🥰.
I'm also a little curious about the shumai and strawberries in the picture 🧐.
Hi Dr. Jay & Dr. Nobby â
Chives stuffed with chives ❣️ looks delicious 🤤.
I also watched it on YouTube on the U-shaped YouTube channel: ‼️
Great review of nira 😆.
Tochigi has a lot of good food besides sake🍶☺️👍
Hi Jay & Nobby ☀☀☀☀.
[I'm curious about your [chives soba noodles] 😲.
It looks delicious with a little raayu in the soba sauce 😋!
And the sake to go with it, so much love for Tochigi 🥰, so many places to visit in Tochigi, I'd love to spend a couple of nights ✨.
Good evening, Jay & Nobby.
Weekday lunchtime drinking is a good way to enjoy sake 🎵.
Like you, I'm curious about the soba noodles with chives and chives kakiage ✨.
The Junmai sake is full of flavor and aromatic ingredients.
Good evening, Jay & Nobby 🦉.
My Kanuma would be Kanuma Dirt 🤔I see you are from chives 😳I don't like the smell but they are delicious 😆 I would love to try your soba noodles, yakisoba and oshinko 😆.
Good evening, Jay & Nobby 😀
Actually, while I was collecting sake for the Nigorinpic, I was looking for Nigori, the two gorillas by Higashi Rikishi.
I was looking for a place to buy it, but finally couldn't find one that carried it 😅.
I'm jealous of Tochigi where I can drink it in a store 🤣.
Jay & Nobby I had never been to Kanuma! It's full of chives 😄It looks like it will cheer you up! I thought it would be difficult to find a sake to go with chives, but I guess it's the local sake, Higashi-Rikishi. I knew it. Local sake with local food!
Hi Gyve 😃.
Chive soba is a specialty of Kanuma! I see 🤔 that kind of arrangement sounds delicious too 😋We're looking forward to seeing you on your Tochigi tour with consecutive nights 👋
Hi ma-ki-😃
Lunchtime drinking on a weekday is bliss 🤗.
The leek kakiage was made with leek stems and was delicious 😋 and the matching tohokuji was goo👍.
Hi Pon 😃
You're right, the Kanuma clay might be famous 🤗 everything was delicious, but the chives smell that wafted out from itself was also quite something 😆 but I guess the delicious 😋 wins!
Mr. Jay & Mrs. Nobby
Good evening...
This is full of leek! If you are worried about bad breath, you can't eat this 🤣I had an image that To Rikishi was a little spicy and tasty, so I was drooling when I read this. I was drooling when I read that... 🤤.
Hi there, kozo 😃
I think the leek smell had been wafting for a while 😆 I can't help but think it was delicious 😋 and the East Rikishi that wrapped it up was perfect 😚.
