Milky and sour aroma. Yogurt from the smell. There is also a slight cheese element.
The taste is exactly what you would expect from a drinkable yogurt. It has a good balance of sweetness and sourness, which is exactly what I like. The alcohol content is low at 10%, and the bitterness characteristic of sake can hardly be felt, so it can be drunk in large gulps. It's so good!
I can't help but wonder how such a flavor can be produced using only rice and no dairy products. Sake is fun after all. Thank you again.
