A little late early summer sake 🍶😊🍉 label caught my eye to take home 🚶🏼➡️🚶🏼➡️ Uetate has a refreshing ginjo aroma. It has a little bit of a refreshing alcoholic aroma. But it's like it's a good thing and there's watermelon 🍉 in the back 🤔🤔🤔It has the same alcoholic overtone and sweetness when you drink it, with a strong distinctive bitterness. There is no gassy feeling and it is refreshing but overall it is hard. The bitterness remains in all the athetes🤣On the second day, the bitterness softens and it becomes easier to drink. It might be better to leave it longer. Marinated prosciutto ham with cream cheese, grilled salmon with crispy skin ◎Green curry ◯
I'm so glad I bought the label 🍉 I'm so glad summer sake is out there. ☺️
The taste is properly sake, but it really tastes like watermelon in the aftertaste!
Light, slightly sweet with a sake level of +/- 0.
🦍🦍🦍
Mellow and thick" and "extra thick nigori"....perfect words to catch me.
Milky and sour aroma. Yogurt from the smell. There is also a slight cheese element.
The taste is exactly what you would expect from a drinkable yogurt. It has a good balance of sweetness and sourness, which is exactly what I like. The alcohol content is low at 10%, and the bitterness characteristic of sake can hardly be felt, so it can be drunk in large gulps. It's so good!
I can't help but wonder how such a flavor can be produced using only rice and no dairy products. Sake is fun after all. Thank you again.
Here are some extras.
The label also has a big impact: it depicts two gorillas, two gorillas and a gori🦍🦍🦍... I couldn't help but chuckle at the pun.
...
The name "Azuma Rikishi" comes from Kumakichi II's
Kumakichi II was an unrivaled sumo enthusiast.
Pioneer brewer of long-term cave-aged sake
Cave brewery ... the site of an underground factory built at the end of World War II to manufacture tanks
Mellow sake quality
Low alcohol content (10%) that is easy to drink with a pleasant taste
Mellow richness and sweetness
Thick sake like drinking yogurt
I am not a person who is easily swayed by advertisements and promotional messages, but I was right to be swayed by this one!
Toukishi low-alcohol Tokuno Junmai Nigorishu
Sake degree -66
Fluffy and tender!
Low-alcohol extra concentrated
Nigori Sake
All the words are very attractive! There was also a four-pack bottle, but I decided to buy a one-pack.
When I opened the bottle and poured it, I found it to be thick and thick, with a refreshing, calpis-like aroma, and a flavor that was moderately sweet and sour, but with a strong umami and drinkability!
This bottle is recommended for those who like Tokuno Nigori and Doburoku! Although it is low in alcohol, it is 10 degrees, so be careful not to drink too much..,
I noticed the pun label on the fridge, which is a pun on the words "Nigori" and "Gorilla"!
Good morning, Kumakichi 😃.
It's good to be in the flow 🤗
I've heard some people write 🦍🦍🦍 and we wondered what they were talking about 🤔 at first, but I guess it originated from the east ryokishi?
Hi Jay & Nobby!
I buy only the usual sake, but I have had some good encounters! The brewery's official page doesn't refer to them as gorillas, but the liquor store seems to refer to them as gorilla labels!
Drinking comparison at a sake party at a nearby bar.
The sixth brand, Tourikiji.
Is it spicy? It has a strong taste.
It is refreshing and smooth as it says.
