Brewed by Kitayasu Brewery in Omachi, this is a lesser sold brand compared to Kitayasu Okuni.
It has a sweet taste as expected. It is even easier to drink when heated.
I don't remember much about it because it was gone in an instant, but it was very tasty.

A rich sake with a well-balanced taste of sweetness and acidity with a moderate astringency.
When heated, the astringency becomes less pronounced and the taste becomes softer and fuller.
After opening the mouth, the taste gradually becomes more robust, and it is delicious both cold and warmed.

I had previously received a bottle of Kitayasu Okuni with the Uchide no Kozuchi label, which was deliciously sweet and fruity.
I have been waiting for a chance to get it again.
This time it is Iyari, a limited series brewed with Yamahai.
When the bottle is opened, it has a soft fruity aroma.
When you take a sip, the aroma is subdued and the soft fruity taste and milky flavor gently spreads on the palate. It has a moderate acidity and bitterness, and the taste is clean and refreshing.
It is better not to cool it down too much to enjoy its soft taste.
The balance of Yamahai fruity flavor is good.
Ah, it is delicious after all.

I loved the juiciness of Hokian Daigoku, so I was satisfied with it. The sweet acidity of Yamahai, like freshly cooked rice.
This is my second time to buy Iyari.
