At an izakaya that I often visit. Seasonal sake is a treasure trove of encounters.... It was a brand new to me. I was caught by the sound of "unfiltered raw sake".
I don't think it has much aroma. It has a clean but complex taste with a good sake. Nama-hashiroshi" gives the impression of being a strong sake, but this one is refreshing. It is delicious. It goes well with simmered bonito.
