It's nice to meet you, Kyoto Sake. It was a gift from an acquaintance in Kyoto. I hope you will try it!" He recommended it to me. It is modern and sweet. The cork didn't pop, but it was quite gassy, and it was very drinkable, which I didn't expect from a 13% sake. I am looking forward to drinking the other two.
This is a delicious sake that I bought when I visited Fushimi around the beginning of the New Year.
The good aroma came as soon as the bottle was opened, and it was pushed to the edge of the ring by the furious push of richness, flavor, and acidity, and finally tossed aside by a hint of spiciness.
It is such a delicious sake that you can add ice when it gets lukewarm.
I had a set of 18 different types at Fushimizu Sake Brewery Alley, and one of the 3 sets of nama-zake was better than any of them. If you find it in a store of Aburicho in Fushimi, you have no choice but to buy it.
Eikun: no pressure squeezing
Impeccable!
The depth of sweetness and umami is irresistible, and I like that it has a little bit of sharpness.
I bought it because it was on sale at Sake no Yamamoto.
Special Junmai 🍶.
A classic with a bit of gusto 😳. But not too harsh. It goes well with Hiroshima oyster tempura 🦪. The homemade pickles are also a nice touch to refresh the taste. ☺️
