Purchased at a local supermarket.
The aroma is of rice with a slightly sharp grain-like aroma.
When you take a sip, the spiciness comes just a little bit, and then the umami strongly sticks, I can't describe it, but it is a little bit unique.
After that, the strong umami quickly disappears and is replaced by the umami of water, leaving a slight sweetness of rice in the aftertaste.
I would say that it is a medium-bodied sake with a good umami taste, but not too polished and with some miscellaneous flavors.
It has a clean, refreshing mouthfeel, softly sweet with a mild acidity. The rice and umami flavors follow afterward. The alcohol content is 17%, so it has a bit of a heavy alcohol taste, but it is a fresh, easy-to-drink, and delicious sake unique to the limited-edition brewery-biraki sake.
The photo was taken when we visited the brewery at the Fushimi Sake Corridor in October, and there was a long line of people waiting even before the 10:00 a.m. start time.
It has a robust Junmai Ginjo-like flavor, but it is delicious and refreshing and easy to drink.

Received as a souvenir.
Delicious!
Fruity and dry. It's the type of taste that stays in your mouth, so it's not easy to drink, but what can I say? Delicious. After the first shot is gone, there is a good amount of sweetness left.
I didn't expect so much because it was cheap, but this is good...
The last of the day.
The sweetness and umami taste gently swells from the first to the middle part of the bottle...!
The umami flavor lingers on the tongue until the back end and lingers loosely.
I bought Eikun at the supermarket today. It has been a long time since I bought Eikun, and it has been a long time since I bought this series. They used to sell Eikun in 720ml, but they don't sell it anymore.
When you take a sip of this, it is very spicy! It is very hot and then disappears very gracefully.
It is very good.
