I've seen on Twitter that Daigo no Shizuku is delicious, but I couldn't find it... Then I found it at a liquor store near my new place! 😆 . I saw a lot of posts about it. It smells like takuan. Sourness like grapefruit Sweet like an apple I've seen many things like that, but they are all correct! lol My personal opinion is... It has a little gas, a bitter sourness like a grapefruit, and a sweetness and sourness like a Fuji apple with a lot of honey. I think so...(*´艸`) It's easy to drink because it's only 14 degrees, so you can't help drinking it too much. Personally, I like it a lot! 😆 .

There is a bite to it. Is the aroma fruity? I'm not sure, but I'm sure you'll agree that it's a great beer. It has a unique aroma that comes through the nose. It has its own character and you may not like it as much as you like it. It's a bit like doburoku, but it's easy to drink. This is a limited return sake. It is made by "Bodhi yeast mashu" which originated in Muromachi era. It is said that it smells very bad during the brewing process because it uses lactic acid fermented water.
