Is this really sake? It's a very unique sake.
The smell of fermentation, like cheese or yogurt, is surprising when you open the bottle, but the taste is sweet and sour, reminiscent of grapefruit juice.
It was a drink that really made me think that sake is amazing, and it is very delicious.
