Purchased at Yamayasu Sake Sales (Hiroshima City)
This bottle was recommended to me at a favorite restaurant.
It was not always available, so I made a reservation at a liquor store and waited for it to arrive.
It is a second fermentation type in the bottle, and when you pour it, it has a sizzling effect like a carbonic acid. It is pleasant to drink. It's like a lactic acid sweet and sour and fizzy wine like Gonin Musume from this brewery.
It is like drinking sparkling wine. It is a unique type of sake. It would be good to sip it while sipping it in a wine glass.
It may not be sake any more, but it is made by the traditional Bodai-hashiroshi brewing method. I think it's good if you can sip it without thinking too much about it.
