I have always been curious about this nigorizake, Shirakawa-go.
The design of Shirakawa-go's Gassho-zukuri style with a dark nigori like heavy snow falling on the lees.
The emblem is the Miwa sake brewery's three-wheeled crest, which is very cool.
This nigori sake is brewed with twice as much rice as doburoku!
It is thick and rich! Thick and milky white color,
The aroma of unrefined sake is gorgeous,
The sweetness is delicious.
But it is not cloying,
It has a mild, moist and mellow mouthfeel,
The acidity is clean and refreshing, and the rich flavor is smooth and smooth.
The rich umami is smooth and easy to enjoy,
It's really tasty!
It will be gone in no time.
It's still a smoothie, though.

The second sake was Shirakawa-go Junmai Nigori Frozen Nama Sake by Miwa Shuzo! The freshly made nigori sake was frozen and stored to stop fermentation.
It was a hot day, so I was attracted by the word "frozen!
I've never had nigori before, so I was very excited ...... I could feel the sweetness like sweets 😋 I want to drink it chibi chibi!

Purchased at a roadside station on a trip. I often see this brand, but this was the first time I saw it fresh.
There was no blowout, although there was a warning to open the bottle.
Milky sweet aroma with a sense of rice, a little spicy.
The mouthfeel is reminiscent of amazake made from sakekasu (sake lees).
After the sweetness is strongly felt, the spiciness slowly rises.
