The mild taste makes it easy to drink. The aroma that lingers in the nose afterward is gorgeous but not habitual, so it can be enjoyed with sashimi and other ingredients without interfering with their flavors. I enjoyed it with Hachinohe mackerel pâté. It was a good combination.

麹が入ってて特有のフルーティーな香りと黄色っぽい色。すっきり流れる飲みやすさに麹のアクセントが効いていていくらでも飲めそう。辛口好きとしてはたまらない美味しさ。。金沢の近江市場で購入
