☀️
You can feel a little rice 🌾.
It's rich sweetness and flavor, as if brewed with Jusui (ten water). ☺️
It ends with a bitter taste at the end.
It was quite a drink 🤗.
Water mirror.
The last of the day.
The first half of the day.
The middle part of the flavor flows with a slightly silky texture.
It is fresh and extends to the back of the mouth.
What is it? Carnivorous Junmai-shu?
I was attracted by the jacket and ordered it😅
Haginodew, first time here 😆.
It's a bit fruity ☝️
It has a strong umami flavor, this is a carnivorous junmai sake 😆.
I drank it as it was because I didn't have any meat to go with it, but I think it would be better with meat ✨.
It looks like a concept worker's selection.
I don't know much about it ^_^;.
I thought it would be strong, but it is sweet and tasty and easy to drink.
Special Junmai, Tokusui Jikomi

The brewing method used in the Edo period (1603-1867) is said to have resulted in a richer flavor because 20% less water is used in the brewing process than in modern times.

A little sweetness behind the slight effervescence, but it may be dry. Alcoholic and pear-like aroma. Moderately sour. There is a slight aftertaste on the tongue. This is a good sake.
Purchased at a sake brewery. On the west side of Lake Biwa.
A building with a sense of history on a large site. A large sake brewery. Sake lees were piled up in the sales area and smelled very good. They sell limited edition sake at the brewery on Saturdays and Sundays at the end of the month, and the day we rounded Lake Biwa was just that day. I had no choice but to buy it.
At a Japanese-style pub, I ordered a recommendation for a fire-roasted dish and received this one.
It is true that it has a mellowness like hi-ire, but personally, I found it a bit heavy.
