After a drink on the way home from Hamasta, I smelled a losing game, so I had dinner early!
I hadn't had any sake from Shiga, so I ordered Haginoro-Doru ✨ with chilled tomato oden with a nice broth!
I thought the alcohol was strong, but it was 18%, and Seibu's Imai was strong too. I heard he ended up losing the game with two hits 🤣.
In case you are wondering, it has a strong fizzy feeling, and while it has a solid flavor, it has a nice sharpness to it! This sharpness is refreshing and I enjoyed the aji as well ✨.

The flavor of rice is in the center 🌾.
I think it has an astringent taste at the end, but I think that's part of the ricey, orthodox taste 🌾.
By the way, it's a bespoke, but I couldn't tell you which bespoke it is 🙄.
A tidbit from my trip to Shiga, part 2.
It was about 1,000 yen at Friend's Mart.
When you put it in your mouth, you will be hit with a rich rice flavor and umami.
The subtle bitterness is accented with a wonderful finish.
I was able to reconfirm my affinity for Shiga sake.
☀️
Thin and soft sweet 😚.
I feel it is not too thick and is more refreshing.
I wonder if it is the aroma of unrefined sake ❓It compensates for the lack of flavor with its aroma and adds color to the flavor 😊.
It was a calm and relaxing sake 🤗
I bought it for about 900 yen for 720 ml, so it is a reasonably priced sake.
It is not that sweet, and is fairly easy to drink.
It has a very average taste.
As the description says, it is good for everyday drinking.
On the other hand, there is nothing impressive or special about it, so it is good for everyday drinking at a reasonable price.
Buy a bottle at the brewery🍶.
Delicious Junmai sake
It has a firm umami flavor.
It has a clean taste with no cloying flavors.
Not the classic 70% polished junmai sake
It goes well with Japanese food in general.
It is even better after pork miso soup.
