It is clear with yellowish tints, with aromas of mitarashi, cooked rice, and honeysuckle. The attack is rather strong, with mild acidity and a rich sweetness, with a rather long finish.

Junmai Ginjyo Genshu (pure rice ginjo sake) 3630 yen
The last day of a three-day weekend🔥I make homemade yuzu kosho every year, and today I made a lot of it and froze it. I made a lot of it today and froze it. I'm going to let it sit and use it as a condiment for next year's nabe 😋🍲✨.
Three days in a row of doing nothing but cooking? I opened a bottle of this one as I worked hard on my cooking.
Today's snacks are sashimi konnyaku and raw shirasu ‼️
The aroma is a good ginjo aroma! The first attack is very sweet with the sweetness of wasanbon sugar, and it finishes with a bitter taste!
It is a delicious sake on its own without any food. ‼️
We also had Kudokibe and Mimuro Sugi today, and they are as delicious as they can be: ♥️ Ume Nishiki: you can do it: ‼️
Sake received as a birthday gift on line gift from a junior colleague 🍶.
The words on the label were too cute 🤦🏿♀️
It was delicious, refreshing and easy to drink,
It's a great gift 🎁✨.
I ran out of stock at home, so I bought it in a size I could drink quickly 💴.
Mild aroma 😌.
Tasty and slightly sweet taste 🎵.
Sweet taste similar to grapes 🍇.
Tightens up with a spiciness in the second half ✨.
A staple for evening drinks in Ehime 🍶.
Certainly an easy one in general 😉.
Izakaya Hotel✨
Izakaya Hotel (home drinking) after a long time with the usual sake cheese: ✌️
The aroma is rich and intense, and the flavor is as strong as the aroma. The balance between the strong acidity and aroma that spreads in the mouth is exquisite. As the description says, the acidity is strong, but the aroma and flavor are just right.
I heard that it has a higher alcohol content than normal sake, but it goes great with sakataki cheese.
We enjoyed it very much 😉.
The third bottle we received was a local sake from Ehime.
It is a classic bottle with a strong rice flavor and a touch of astringency.
According to the brewery's website, it can also be enjoyed on the rocks. 🙆♂️
