This was also at an izakaya in Ehime. The owner recommended this sake because it is a local sake. This sake also goes great with hot hot pot! It was easy to drink and went down my throat and into my stomach 😌. I bought a 720ml bottle the next day and left!

This is the last in the series I received from my in-laws. It's a regular sake, so it has a moderate sake feel to it, but still easy to drink! Delicious. The description on the back said it was recommended for those who like sweet sake, so I wondered if it would be okay before drinking it! It disappointed me 😂 It's not that sweet! Great! I'll get it again 🤘🏻

I went to Abiko Kannon (Goddess of Mercy) and bought a bun to pray for good luck and ate it again at home. After all, hot steamed buns are delicious. I made hand-rolled eho-maki at home and shared it with my mother's family. Today's sake was Ume Nishiki from a brewery in Ehime. Even though it is a regular sake, it has a strong oak aroma and is like a honjozo. The taste is a mild sweetness that spreads quickly and is easily cut off, and there is not much umami. The sardines were not grilled with salt, but kabayaki style with shiso. It went well with the sardine.
