I drank it at a pub. I remember it used to be sweet, but recently it has become a little more refreshing. I heard a rumor that the head brewer has changed, so I wonder if that is the reason.
Purchased at Sumida-ya. It is very tasty, dry and full of flavor. I don't know about the ginjo feel, but it has a nice aroma and is easy to drink despite its richness. Goes well with Japanese food ✨.
☀️
It's not sweet, but the flavor of the rice 🌾 will win you over 🤠.
Just like the Masamune name for "Sai of Rice" 😁.
I think it finally starts to taste a little sweetness at the end, and then it starts to cut through 😙.
I could even taste the flavor of the rice 🤗.
Hiro-san, good evening. I was a "believer" in Ume Nishiki about 40 years ago. They were all delicious. But the set with old sake I bought on the internet was not so good, so I have not had it for a long time. I read your check-in article and want to try it again. Thank you 😊.
Good evening AAJI 😃.
Likewise, I was not a fan of Ume Nishiki because it is a common sake 😅.
However, "Yone no Sai" was delicious because of the honest flavor of rice. I think it is also good as a food sake, so please try "Sai of Rice" 🤗.
Aroma of fresh rummy - grapey aroma as the sake temperature rises.
The mouthfeel is soft, followed by citrus acidity, but it is thin and lingers slowly.
This is a sake for summer!
I would love to drink it outside in the garden or park, but it's too hot. ❗️
Good evening, Mr. Sakezan. It was about 30 years ago, but all Umeshiki was delicious. It was a connoisseur's sake, an old man's sake, and a daiginjo. I bought a sake that appeared on the net after I became 2028, but it didn't suit me. I wanted to drink it after reading your comment.
About 400 yen at Central Life.
It is a delicious sake with the flavor of rice. ❗️
It is not sweet and goes well with rice. ‼️
I got some fresh bonito so I'm going to match it with it 🙇.
On a personal note, I think I've filled up the map of Shikoku with this...
